To start, the staff opened the doors to the bank 3 minutes early on a day that I was running late. I walk in and I am greeted sincerely by multiple staff. The teller was more than friendly. I had my papers notarized within minutes. Great experience and great start to my day.

Efficient and friendly. The teller knows me by face and name. There’s never a line(unless me being the one person in line cause all tellers are busy for the next 30 seconds counts…) and I’m always in and out in less than five minutes. Also, when I got my new debit card after my old one expired and it didn’t swipe correctly at local stores, they waived the fee and gave me a new one for free. I also got it in the mail in just a few days. A big bank with a local feel. That’s why I’ve been banking with them for close to 10 years.(And no, I’m not in any way associated with them. Sometimes, you just have to accept the fact that some banks grow so big because they happen to get some things right some of the time. ;))

I am rating the branch, not the overall bank, otherwise we might be pulling a solid one. This branch always has my $ 2 bills. I am on a quest to recirculate $ 2 bills single handed. They are pretty nice here, no snobby bank attitude. I have had Bank of America as a bank for a while. But actually, switched out to a new bank a year ago and kept my credit union, due to the high fees they think are awesome to charge their customers. I have one account left here, until they charge a fee for having a no-fee account.
