uncomfortably small inside, be prepared to get takeout if the only two tables they have aren’t open. an okay option if you have to do gluten-​free.
easy location to walk to on west burnside, car parking would be difficult.
i’m one for two on barista friendliness. overall, not enough going on here to earn my daily business.

This was a great little spot to grab breakfast and coffee in Portland when my husband and I were visiting for our honeymoon.
The space is a little small, but thankfully when we came it wasn’t too busy. I got a bagel breakfast sandwich and my husband got the apple waffles. Holy shiz, those waffles were good. Super friendly staff, too!
Would not recommend for sitting down with a larger group. But definitely would for a breakfast or coffee with a friend or grabbing something on the go!

I had higher expectations given the current average of this place is 4.5 stars. My friend lives nearby and I’m waiting for him to get out of bed so we can start our day, which is how I ended up here.
First of all it’s super small. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, except it’s an already small space packed with clutter towards and in the bathroom. In order to access the bathroom, I had to squeeze sideways past these shelves that looked loaded with random items, not all of which appeared necessary to the day-​to-​day operation of the business. The bathroom itself was also unnecessarily loaded with junk.
I ordered the Egg Burger (really just a bagel, egg, and cheese) and it tasted pretty decent for the price. I then took a seat at one of the only two available inside tables to eat my meal. The service was pretty friendly.
I don’t regret coming here, but I hope they organize and get rid of some of that extra stuff cluttering up the shop.

Very tiny place with no parking anytime in front (Burnside). When we were there all of the side streets we full as well, so from a practical standpoint, this probably works best as a neighborhood spot.
Lucky neighborhood! My dry cappuccino was perfect. I had the #4 breakfast sandwich which was simply sensational.
This is a place that deserves success. Hope owners can expand to a better location.
