Coffee is a bit on the bitter side and not as fragrant as it should be. Staff is very helpful and the seating area is nice. Not much in way of munchies either.

Nice atmosphere, food is good(but pricey), but the coffee is consistently bad — watered down/weak, not always fresh, poor quality, in general.

The interior and layout of the place has one of the large coffee chain store feel. It’s actually a nice place to do your work and study because there’s so many seating inside. It’s a nice everyday go-to kind of store. Their coffee and tea are not fancy, but I enjoyed it. Nothing wrong with good hot homey cup of coffee on a cold night. I felt comfortable at this place. They had a nice decent selection of teas of black, green, and white tea(including non-caffeinated).

I love the Ava in DT Beaverton, and this one seems more spacious with all the other perks! This location is open with huge windows for gazing, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and they make some damn good espresso! This is one of the few places I can feel comfortable ordering a dry cappuccino, and receiving just that! The dark chocolate mochas are killer, and you can’t go wrong with just about any pastry. This store is always sparkling clean, which makes it even more enjoyable(to my OCDness)!

Great place. Food is good. Coffee etc options are excellent. Service is with a smile and efficient. Clean place. They had guitarists performing on a summer night when we stopped in. Perfect addition to the neighborhood.

I’ve been to the one next to Beaverton Library. Then this location opened up close to where I live. I came there when they were open 24 hrs still(now they close 1 am), and I had to wait 20 minutes until the person showed up to take my order. I ordered Chai Tea and it’s not hot enough and taste was so-so. Disappointing. I still give 3 stars for the ambiance.

I think they do decent coffee and pastries, but the customer service needs ALOT of improvement. Cold, unfriendly service is a big turn off.

Great coffee, open 24⁄7 which is awesome. Free WiFi as well! I went on a Sunday evening and finding seating indoors was a little difficult but eventually something opened up, a lot of college students there doing homework and such. Great music playing to focus on your work, the food smells great I wish I would have tried some! My next visit i definitely will

Work-from-coffeeshop spot! Great coffee shop that has tons of daylight, decent coffee, free wifi and caters to working here. They close at 1am also. I’m always looking for good coffee shops to work from so this will go into my Beaverton coffeeshop rotation.

Pretty good cold brew coffee and salads, although overpriced. Seems like a fair exchange for free wifi until 1 am. I love coming here to work on my computer. Mostly pretty quiet and good for working. Friendly staff. Edit: actually pretty loud today. Still a nice spot.

It seems like this is their 3rd one in Beaverton, and it’s very clean and nice. But the drinks are ok… WiFi connection is Ok…

OPEN24⁄7! Wow, talk about location. I’m a little timid to write a review for this place because I want to keep it all to myself, but how selfish so… basically, great drinks, great food, great dessert, and a great place to study, catch-up with friends, or just to feed the tummy. I’ve only really have tried their mocha and iced green tea(regular for me), both of which are great options. I can’t say too much about their coffee because I haven’t really had it yet. Sandwiches are pretty good. I like to order them with a soup on the side. Although yummy, I do think it is a little pricey /: *not on the menu, but I have ordered the grilled cheese before here and its pretty good and cheap! I believe on Fridays and Saturdays(?), there is live music at 8pm, which kind of disrupts the studying but its a great addition to this coffee shindig Also, a great place to wait for your seats if you are eating across the plaza at Kukai — hella long! The songs are radio-ish and it really depends on the workers mood. All the workers have been pretty nice to me, so thumbs up to that.

I gave 4 stars only because the prices are so high we can’t afford to go daily. The sandwiches and soup are fresh and delicious and we had lunch and dinner there two days in a row. For soup and two sandwiches it cost around $ 30, which sucks because we really love the food and décor. Being able to sit outside is going to be great in the summer! I definitely recommend this place if you enjoy good food and amazing customer service in a hip new coffee shop.

The coffee delicious, it’s beautiful inside, and the breakfast sandwiches are legit. I 1st thought the service was snooty, but after a few trips back it seems I may have caught the staff on a bad day… Nothing but friendly service since! Glad to have Ava’s so close to home.

Love this coffee house. Not to mention it is right across the street and it’s open 24hrs. Live music on Saturday nights. I would give it a 5 star rating if they had larger cups. The ice teas are a bit pricey for that(what they call large) small cup. I would hate to see what the smalls look like.

This brand spanking new Ava Rosteria is located in the blossoming Timberland Town Center shopping center. For years Ava Rosteria has been a popular hangout in downtown Beaverton. Many Cedar Mill residents were overjoyed to see this 24 hour coffee shop make it to the burbs. For starters, this is one handsome restaurant! High ceilings and a wonderful fresh wood smell. Ava Rosteria offers plenty of seating and the rest room is spotless. The food is well displayed in cases. However, I would agree with my great friend Janet M. The napkin and condiment table is hard to find(it’s in the middle.) Other than that the staff is just as friendly and helpful as can be. Espresso shops are a dime a dozen. Does Ava Rosteria have anything special to offer? You bet they do! Ava Rosteria is open 24 hours, has free Wi-Fi, and according to their sign will have some live music. In addition to espresso drinks Ava Rosteria serves smoothies, sandwiches, soups, and delicious pastries. The coffee prices are in line with any espresso shop in town. Been told that Ava Rosteria uses the excellent Stumptown brand of coffee. Soups and sandwiches go for about $ 7.75 to $ 8.00. On our visit we sampled a Danish, a cinnamon roll, turkey sandwiches, and white chocolate mochas. Our whole meal was absolutely delicious. With the sandwiches Ava Rosteria is very good about preparing to order and dietary concerns. Word had it that Starbucks was thinking of locating a corporate store in this area. Well, I’m so glad that Ava Rosteria beat them to the punch. Welcome to the neighborhood Ava Rosteria!

I’m always happy to see new, non Starbuck’s coffee in my neighborhood. That said, me and my caffeine companion came in here for coffee and breakfast. 10:00 am on the dot on a Saturday am. Peak coffee shop hours. The store itself is beautiful. Brand new. Outside seating. Arty. It looks exensive. And it is, really. But there’s a ton of condos/apartments and not a ton of competition(inside MOC and down the road at Sunrise Bagels). What we ordered: –Two dark chocolate iced mochas, $ 4.25 each. These were tasty but not 16 ounces… maybe 14. They use whole milk and an immersion blender to mix in chocolate bits. –Two breakfast sandwiches(choice of breads, meats, with egg, cheese, and veggies). $ 6.95 each. My sesame bagel was wet on the bottom. The spinach was raw so I’m not sure why mine was watery. My companion’s croissant was dry and reportedly good. –Two chocolate macaroons. $ 3.25 each. We split one and took one home. It was perfect really. Big. I’d rather have a smaller macaroon for a bit less money. — there is customer accessible water and cups which matters to me. I dont want to bother the barista for it. Napkins were hard to find. Maybe they could put some by the water ? They don’t take American Express. So plan accordingly. Im pretty sure there is free wifi. There were many people at tables for four alone with their devices. I think the indoor seating could be arranged better and they could use a few comfy chairs. There was room. All in all this place is a 3. It’s a little expensive and the service isnt smooth yet(I can tell they’re new and working out the kinks). But the outside tables and generous parking bumped it to a four or me. Plus my mocha tasted pretty darn good.
