I would love to give them my business as they have such excellent reviews and are conveniently located near me. However, this number provided seems to no longer be in service, and the number they have listed online goes straight to voicemail. I left a message serval days ago, and have had no one respond to me.
Please, make it easier for your clientele to contact you, and please be responsive to their inquires. I have no choice but to take my car elsewhere because I can’t communicate with you.

I love this place. This is the only place I take my baby Sniper, my 2000 Monte Carlo SS. Rusty and his employees are stand up, honest and more then fair. I take my car to him for everything from something as small as a fuse to any major repair or concerns I have with my car. I also have taken my mothers and my sisters car. He fixed the issue with my moms car that her Major car company couldn’t and then were going to charger her 3x what it Rusty did to fix the same thing. I have referred all of my friends to him. He has no problem pointing it out and showing you and even letting you buy your own parts and bring them in. Its going to suck for me when I move out of state because I doubt I will find a place or people that honest and who do such a great job.

I have been taking my vw’s to rusty for years. He is an honest hard working mechanic. As anyone who owns a vw should know, they are complicated cars to work on. In response to the other post, Kevin P. Rusty does a great job working on vw. And while he may take a few days longer to fix your car vrs. a shop with numerous mechanics, he will not over charge you and will get the job done right. So if you are that impatience and don’t understand the time it takes to get correct parts and do an honest job fixing your vw, then please take your car somewhere else.
