Ty and his wife were great to work with. They were upfront and honest with me from the get go about what might happen with my car. I had a side mirror cover that I needed replaced, a rear tail light unit that needed replacing, and I had hit a major pothole and took out my front bumper and severed the windshield wiper fluid line.
When I initially brought it in to them for an estimate, Ty looked it over and explained a few scenarios to me (he had a guess at an estimate, but explained that he wouldn’t know the exact cost until he was able to take the car apart to see if there was any internal damage). He was willing to shop around for used parts for me (per my discretion) and compare this with full price parts. He was quick and kept me in the loop on what was going on — even sent pictures of the damaged parts and the new parts. When I picked my car up, I felt like I was getting a new car — he even washed it, inside and out! I would return to ASR, and actually have already referred a friend there.

Ty did such an awesome job on my car. Having to deal with an accident and insurance is such a headache. It was so nice to have a good/​honest mechanic on my side. He was fast, affordable and even texted me pictures of the progress of my car, super cute! I highly recommend ASR Motors!!!
