Can’t say enough good things about this place! The technician that came out to work on my hot tub did a marvelous job and got it working again in a short amount of time… all while having a great attitude! Reasonable prices too compared to other companies I’ve had out to do the same work.

Typically, they do not show up on time. Last visit, they tried to give us a «new» but very used pool kit. It had all the other person’s paperwork still inside and when I pointed out it was used, they still tried to say it was new, even though there was an invoice inside saying prepared for So and So, and had a date of 08/​13/​2013. Then they gave us a «new» kit that looked nothing like the used «new» kit. They were pretty unapologetic about the sitation and when I called to discuss the billing they let me know they forgot to bill us for even more. I’ve been warned about their used materials they like to pawn off as new… and now I know.

Always had a hard time getting them to come out per our agreed upon schedule. The final straw was when missed three appointments in a row (I only found out because the pool turned green) then took nearly a month to get it back to usable. Of course this happened right as the weather got nice and I had a party scheduled. The day they sent me a $ 400 bill for all the chemicals they used to fix they issue they caused by missing the appointments I was paying for was the day I canceled. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Always helpful and well stocked. Best in the area for pool supplies and advice. Been going there since the mid eighties and they recently moved over to the smaller service area, but if you need pool supplies or advice, they cannot be beat!
