Kind of a mess.
There’s a tent to provide some shelter, but it’s hot in the summer, cold in the winter and windy nearly all the time. Except when you wish there was a breeze. The seating is uneven metal tables and flimsy plastic chairs.
The carts come and go like mad. I think Stumptown Dumplings is the only one that’s stuck it out since the pod opened not that long ago. Minizo, Garden Monster, whatever that katsu place was called, all gone (Garden Monster moved up the street, so that’s okay).
There’s no recycling or composting (how Portland of me to notice that) and while there’s a port-​a-​potty it’s a little frightening.
