Totally helpful, genuine, great price on a quick oil change– so glad we know about this place for any future needs. A good mechanic and honest, cheap shop for the simple things is one of those numbers that just makes me feel good to have in my list of local contacts.

I purchased a Living Social deal for oil changes at this shop and have had both my wife’s and daughter’s cars serviced there multiple times over the last two years. As mentioned by another reviewer, there is no upsell or pressure for other services, just friendly advice and good, professional, affordable service.
At the latest oil change appointment, I mentioned to Dave that I had noticed oil leaking from my wife’s vehicle and asked him to check it out. He found the problem and fixed it at a fraction of what I’m sure I would have paid at another garage.
Knowledgeable, friendly and professional are how I would describe this shop owner. He is now my go-​to guy for maintenance and repairs on all of our vehicles!

Perfect example of your honest local mechanic. Professional and flexible with scheduling. Never trying to oversell. I’ve had multiple «nonstandard» issues as well as normal oil changes done by this shop, all completed ahead of expected time.

I went to Affordable Car Care for the first time this week, after buying a oil change deal on Living Social. I called and made my appointment and found that they were no longer open on Saturdays, a bit of a disappointment, but no big deal. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was greeted by Dave (owner?). My car was in the shop in no time, while I waited in the very clean (by auto shop standards) waiting area. I figured that since I had bought a discounted package that I would have to turn down a half dozen additional services (ala Jiffy Lube), but none of that. I got a thanks for coming in and then received an email asking to me to rate their service and had a link to schedule a future appointment online. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and ended up being a place I would recommend to others.
