We could not operate our business without the folks at this fine business. They provide security and fire alarm services and have been especially indispensable this past year.
Besides the great customer service they provide (like delivering needed passkey cards the same day as the phone call), they are very patient and kind in teaching the ins and outs about how to operate their systems to those of us less than technologically adept. They’re also great to deal with when they work onsite.
Another thing I like is their very straightforward website without a lot of unneeded pages and no baloney or pretentiousness. They say what they do, and once engaged to help, they do what they say they do. I don’t know about you, but so often I get lost searching through a website for information I need and get very frustrated in that endeavor. I also very much appreciate their family-​based business approach, which when you think about it is the backbone of American business.
