The business is still open, but customer service/support sucks. I placed a super rush order and paid for overnight shipping because my daughter absolutely needs her prescription goggles and… after waiting 3 weeks for her goggles to be custom made, they shipped the order to the wrong address. For clarification, this wasn’t a typo in the address… they actually shipped my order to a completely different address where I don’t even reside. Clearly someone there can’t read«shipping address» from the order form. Additionally, I had called a couple of times to check on the order progress and was told that they would call the lab and get back to me the very next day. It took me following up and calling to get a response back. I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. It is now going to be a couple more days for the whole shipping mess to get straightened out… but you can bet that I’m going to go get the prescription verified to make sure that they didn’t mess it up too.

I ordered replacement prescription lenses for my Smith Factor frames. I needed to use up my health care spending account money before the end of the year. Although the customer service is not as good compared to a large company, Shannen(owner?) was prompt with providing a receipt when I requested(so that I can submit an HCSA claim) and the lenses were shipped ~2 weeks from order date. The quality of the lenses are just as I hoped for though I have not tested them in an outdoors sports situation. I just wanted to mention that this business previously had some really bad reviews(which had me worried when I found them after placing the order), but I think they have revamped and my experience with them has been satisfactory.
