I first met the owner, Eddie, through a mutual friend. I am not a bike person, and was looking for a relatively nice bike, but looking to buy used. A scary proposition for somebody who does not know what to look for! When I came out to his shop, he was super knowledgeable, really helpful, and listened to what I was looking for. I bought the first bike I have owned in years, and am enjoying it! For anybody looking to support small business, or really anybody at all, I would highly recommend Eddie for your bicycle needs, he’ll do a great job for you!

Awesome!!! I was out enjoying one of the nicest days in a while on my bike when my tube exploded, and me with none of the stuff I need to fix my dilemma I became quite bummed. Then out of the corner of my eye I noticed a door open in the back of a building with a ton of bike outside so I went and investigated and stumbled upon A Convenient Cycle. Edwin runs this place all by his lonesome and kills it, he was my savior that day not only replacing my tube for me but trouble shooting the problem and found I had some bad rim tape and helped me solve an issue that has been bugging me since i bought my rims. He is super friendly, knowledgable, and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing which is big in my book. I will definitely keep coming back to him and his shop and highly recommend it to all my friends and anyone asking if i know of a good bike repair shop

A Convenient Cycle is a tiny little one many bike repair shop run by a guy named Edwin. He’s a good mechanic, super nice and very affordable. He has a few vintage bikes for sale and some well-chosen accessories such as lights and bags, but most of his business is repair. The great thing about A Convenient Cycle is that you can just walk right in pretty much any time and Ed will drop what he’s doing, put your bike on the stand, and give it a once over. Also, it feels good to give such a small business your money as opposed to some mega-operation like River City Cycles(not that there’s anything wrong with River City, but still). So, the next time your bike needs a tuneup or a new part, I highly recommend paying Edwin a visit, he’ll treat you right.

Super friendly service, and very knowledgeable staff. This little bike shop is tucked away in the Activspace building, so it’s a little hard to find, but follow the signs and you’ll find the shop. I always prefer giving my business to small independent stores, especially when they professionally repair my bike for a great price.
