4 Wheel Parts

Had to update my review. Not only has the service been absolutely horrible but they can’t seem to install a simple roof rack without damaging the roof enough to have bodywork done to fix the repair. For having done hundreds of thousands of dollars of business with 4wheel in SoCal, it’s disappointing that I will no longer take my business to ANY 4Wheel Parts from now on.

I’m a big believer in customer service. The guys at 4 wheel know how to treat a first time customer to become a long time consumer.
Long story short — these guys know what there doing!

Why the complaints?
It’s normal business to take a partial charge for a special order. In fact, it’s atypical when that doesn’t happen. Anywhere.
I’ve been dealing with this shop for several years and find their advice dependable and reliable. I will admit to catching some attitude, but that was employee-​specific and he is long since gone.
They have installed numerous upgrades on my Jeep and have always stood behind their work. In fact, I swung by late yesterday (Saturday, 10 minutes before closing) to have them look at a missing quick-​release sway-​bar bolt and they not only looked at it but replaced it and declined payment when I offered. Oh, and shook my hand when I left.
For service like that, I will keep going back (I live in Beaverton) and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I went here to check out an ARB cooler to see it in person and ask questions with the full intent of getting here. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The fridge was boxed up and he gladly un-​boxed it to show me the components and tell me all the features and benefits. As I would have loved to shop local and support the company they did not have the size cooler in stock and he check to see if they could backorder it. In the meantime I looked online and found a better price and asked if they could come close to matching it as I wanted to shop local. He said that their policy especially when it comes to ARB is strict and did not understand how they could offer it for $ 100 cheaper. He told me he understood and at that price with free shipping that was the clear option. I thought that was cool that he was understanding about it and that there were no hard feelings. I will definitely come back here to buy any thing else

I recently needed a rear-​end rebuild on my Jeep. I called a few places for estimates, and included 4wheel Parts on recommendation from a friend. All of the places I called came in with estimates that were nearly equivalent, however what set 4wheel Parts apart from the others was the level of detail and explanation as to what would need to be done. They gave me a range in expected prices, depending on what would have to be done, and ended up meeting the estimate provided. They were also able to get me in to the shop earlier than others — and stayed late on the completion date in order to accommodate my schedule.
The work done made a significant improvement to the ride of my Jeep, and I have had no problems with it.
Overall, very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend them to others.
