MCDONALD’S/EZ-GO

Seriously very upset with this store. I have had various issues with thus location. I rarely complain about my service, but to charge me for 1 extra dipping sauce is a little bit ridiculous! It’s not like I’m asking for 12 dips to go with my meal. I asked for 1 freaking extra sauce, not to mention the fact that once the window was closed after I asked to speak with a district manager, in which I qoute was told «we do not have one», the girl at the window went talking shit with another employee there. I am more than disappointed. I have worked in fast food before, and I know that splurging for little things like ‘1 extra sauce’ is not a huge thing. Every other McDonald’s I go to will give the extra sauce at no charge. At this point, I will probably not be returning to this location again, that is convenient on my way home. I will make the effort to go out of my way 5 extra miles and go to a different store in which people are not rude and hateful. Also, I wish I could give this a 0 star review instead of a 1, but I guess since to make a review you have to make a choice of some kind…

Clean convenience store with Phillips gas. Truck stop parking and diesel. Hooked onto a Mcdonalds.
