Smoothie Factory

Would give it zero stars if I could after my visit today! I will start off by saying I use to come to this store more when I went to the gym next door. I use to get mostly their protein smoothies or pre work smoothies once in awhile. There isn’t a lot of seating in here but I think most people just get to go.
Decent smoothies price is kind of high for what you get and most of the time I think the service is slow. The person waiting on me today didn’t know how to use the groupon I bought and then he redeemed it and didn’t get my smoothie. Then he called the owner and started explaining what happened in another language. When he was done talking to the owner he told me to come back in a couple days and talk to the owner.
This place just has bad customer service those is the second time I’ve experienced this here. There are some people there that are helpful and know how to do their job but I’ve just had some bad experiences for a mediocre product so I don’t plan on visiting this location in the future…
