This company is awesome. .Totally professional and they really get how intensely a mom needs their immediate help when she finds awful little bites all over her child’s stomach. .We’ve used them two years in a row (I guess we’re just pest-​fortunate) and been really happy both times.

We had a serious issue with ants that we just could not get rid of on our own…
I called Port Exterminating they came same day
He was extremely friendly and explained everything he doing in way I could understand
He was also extremely concerned about our dogs and was using only pet friendly materials
he laid some special gel down in a few spots and within 2 days we were completely ant free
I am extremely impressed and very thankful
l would recommend to anyone…

This rating is based on a phone call. I had a mouse emergency at 6 PM on a Friday night and left a message on the Port Exterminating voicemail box. The owner of PE called me back before 9 AM the next day and was so pleasant and supportive, even when I told him that I had already sought services elsewhere. Great customer service! If it doesn’t work out with the company I enlisted, I’ll absolutely give PE a call. Support local businesses!
