Great and extremely professional and knowledgeable service. John Sr. booked my appointment and John Jr., came at the appointed time and knew exactly what was wrong with my Viking oven. Parts had to be ordered, but in three days my Viking oven was as good as new. Thank-​you American Appliance Service!!!
