Owner of the company is very rude and has no clue on how to perform in a professional manner. Its sad when you have to resort to foul language to communicate a point of view strictly based on «immediate dislike» of the vendor they asked into their business. I would hesitate to use this company for anything at this point.

This guy must have a lot more business than he can handle.
Doesn’t open until 10:30 and wouldn’t hard-​wire my Valentine radar detector in my new car because, I think he said, he won’t do anything unless I bought it from him.
He may do the best work, but I’ll never know. Down-​grade for business practices only.

I had to get an ignition interlock device put in my car about a year ago. Called almost every place in town and Sound Installation was the only place that would install it the same day I called. Obviously I wasn’t happy about having to do such a thing but the people there were so nice and made me feel like a normal person rather than a criminal. I had to pay the renewal fee every month for a year but I honestly looked forward to going there. They became like my friends :) they helped me through any problems I had, even some that didn’t relate to their business. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to get an ignition interlock device in their vehicle. You’ll always leave with a smile :)

Had no clue what a big 3 upgrade was all of the stereo equipment was out dated looks like about a few years over priced and then they try to sell me a amp kit… The location of it is bad and I don’t recommend this place at all.

Installed wireless car unlocking, locking and nothing else. The device had trunk opening and a panic button, neither one was connected. Most wireless gives you a quick horn honk and the interior lights up, not with this install. The worst part, it was almost $ 300. I could have had the same thing for $ 60 and done it myself. Save your money and avoid this shop.
