Food is great here
But the service is even better, Michelle (server)is always Amazing but then again they all are.
We are new locals here and have fallen in love with this place, food is always fresh and delicious.
Coffee cup will always be kept full by one of these great ladies.

I really like the bowling alley, but the prices for kids to bowling are really high. No discount for age whether they are, 5 or 18. 5 games of bowling $ 33.00. Would like to bring them here more often but that equates to $ 50 /​hour. It is no wonder they had less than a third of the lanes being used.

I’ve been going to Hi-​Joy for most my life. Way over a decade ;) My mom worked here when I was in Elementary school and I continue to go to the restaurant on a weekly basis (when I am in town) to eat the grilled cheese sandwich, French fries and salad with French dressing (don’t forget the pickles on the side!) I have so many amazing memories here from my first «Rock & Bowl» to my cousins wedding «after party». If it ever closes down I will be the first to protest and cry like a baby. This is the town city center and part of our history!

Good food. Services do take a while. It dose get busy after 1130ish. Food is greasy. Lady’s are really friendly.

Had a great time tonight at Rock’n’Bowl.
Recommend coming early to pay and get a lane booked. It got busy.
Good deal in my opinion.
Saturday night $ 12 for 2 hours of bowling including shoe rental.
Food was typical bowling alley food.
Servers were pleasant and on top of drinks.
Will definitely be back!

We live locally in port orchard and love this place to just stop in for a bite to eat. We Mainly eat off the lunch menu although they have some breakfast items too. Great burgers, sandwiches and salads. They have great customer service too. We have also bowled here from time to time and love that too! ;)

Went in this evening to have breakfast for dinner. It really hit the spot, service was friendly and quick, tables clean, and condiments stocked well. Food was fresh and hot, and very good. Prices were very reasonable and a good selection for a small restaurant. Highly recommended for a quick bite to eat at a reasonable price.

The bowling has always been great. Great service, clean tables, always a good time. My review is for the restaurant mostly. The food was just okay. French dip was dry and oddly sweet. My husband got a breakfast plate and he said it was comparable to the pancake house across the street. A good diner style breakfast but his eggs were slightly runny. Other than that the waitresses were kind and cheerful and smiled the whole time. It was nice to be around them.

The absolute WORST breakfast I’ve ever had– eggs benedict– I dont think they mixed the sauce it was all gritty, and the thinnest slice of ham I’ve ever had and it was burnt and curled up on the edges. My husbands chicken fried steak was all batter, no meat. All this after a 40 minute wait in a place that had empty tables— no thanks!

Good place to bowl, we had a lot of fun. The guys behind the counter kept extending our game because we weren’t finished and the place was a little slow. Big thank you we had fun!

If you want to bowl for reasonable prices this is the place to go. $ 2 shoe rental and $ 2 games. We go quite often for the great price.
Now if your talking food? Yuck! Extremely expensive and very poor quality! I’ve given them several chances in the food department and I’m giving up. In my past experiences bowling alley food is like a great diner. Cheap, greasy, big portions! Not this place. I was craving nachos. Im used to paying a large amount so I wasn’t shocked with the $ 11 price tag. What I was shocked about was what I got for the price. COLD stale chips the kind you get in the big plastic bag at Cash and Carry, processed nacho cheese out of a can, I don’t even know if I would call the meat on top Meat. Maybe a sprinkle of olives? REALLY? Ok yes charge me that much if your using REAL cheese and warmed up the chips! Disgusting!
I tried again recently. Saw a chicken taco salad. I asked for cheese on side and asked if they had a vinegeartte. The answer was yes. Ok I’m thinking $ 9 this has to be good. Well again I get my food and disappointment. I got a fairly small plate, lined with those disgusting cold chips. In the middle of it is a half of a head of shredded (barely) iceberg lettuce on top of that is maybe 2 ounces of very tiny pieces of the saltiest «chicken» what’s up with the fake meat? A sprinkle of olives. But the worst part was the vineargarette. I received 2 little cups. One had red wine vinegar and the other had CANOLA oil.
I’ll spare my review on the Half club sandwich that was advertised as a whole.
Anyways, great bowling alley. Staff is friendly and great. Food is no good! Eat before you go.

I frequent here for the last 10+ years [ perhaps 2 to 3 times a week ] — no matter when I come in I can get anything off the menu. This is a HUGE bonus (+1 star). .. No where else in port orchard at 6 am can I get a hamburger /​or /​salad if I want one.
Want fries with your omelette: no problem (very service friendly)
Prices are reasonable — will feed a hungry Richie when needed. .. I like the salads, omlettes, chicken fried steak and burger dip w/​bacon (why it comes without bacon who knows)

Bowling alley is an old town favorite amoung family and friends, the lanes are level and open late.
There is also a nice little bar in the back with a seperate entrance; beer is cold and staff are pleasant. nice place to wacth a ball game, play darts or bowl.
The restaurant is not very large however I think they serve up a pretty good breakfast and fast and very friendly watress’
