I will never do business with this outfit again. I had no trouble with their carpet installation, but refinishing floors was a nightmare. «That’s how business is done,» the saleswoman quipped over the phone. The only time they had any concern with the job they subbed out was to call and say, «Can I charge your credit card now?» Cappy’s does not care who they send to your home, or how a job is completed, as long as they can bill for it. I had beautiful flooring. Now it is blemished and over sanded with pools of stain and varnished over dirt and sawdust lying in solidified clumps. The house was filthy, even where they were NOT working. No one offered to come see what the problem was, and no one would intervene. If you hire Cappy’s, you’re on your own. Run, don’t walk! Go elsewhere.
