I am very frustrated with Ronjo. I purchased a wig for Halloween, and did not open it until today (the day before my big event) and am so extremely sad by what I discovered is a completely knotted wig. It is a damaged product that cannot be brushed or styled due to the intensity of knots (it’s a long hair wig). I tried calling Ronjo twice to no avail. I spoke with the manager who was completely rude on the phone; his only response was «it’s our busy season and I do not have time to address this right now.» I understand it’s your busy season, however, I am a customer and I spent quite a hefty amount at the store, which I visited from out of town. I don’t even know what to do because they won’t fully take my call. I’ve never experienced this lack of customer service and am completely appalled. I will never purchase anything from Ronjo again.

Wow Ivan works here now? I knew him for years working with him and he is a very good entertainer. I am glad to see he is doing well. I will have to stop in there again! There are probably 100 playing cards stuck on the ceiling there now! I have been to Ronjos many times, and they have tons of stuff you would not find anywhere. Not just magic stuff, but fun stuff like we used to buy locker rocker stink spray etc! They have very high quality Halloween costumes/​masks, not those cheesy chinese costumes you get from walmart.

Baby Salts — I give Ronjo 5 stars because Ivan & Ron are really nice. Ivan does great tricks and gives great lessons. My dad took me to my first lesson so I can be like Chris Angels.
Me — They sell great slutty costumes for chicks. If you want to be a slutty Nurse or a Playboy bunny or slutty Witch, you’ve found your place to get your freak on.
For us guys, it’s a Fred Flintstone outfit or Hockey Mask dude.
