You definitely don’t want to head here if you are in a hurry and notice that there are a few cars parked outside, but you do want to head here if you want one on one excellent customer service. They carry a smaller selection of frames than you may may see at that large place at the mall, that’s ok with me. There are still many quality frames offered here. It’s nice to see customers greeted by their name as they walk in and wait for their turn. My grandma went to Shallcross for a reason and now I do too. It’s a slow down and sit down for a minute kind of place, instead of a hurry up and get ‘em now kind of place.
