Absolutely terrible service. The irder I received wasn’t what I asked for and when I called to complain they hung up on me.

So we Placed an order tonight, and just like every other CUSTOMER said, THEYFUCKEDITUP, The guy who took my order had the nerve to try and make it seem like it was my fault. All you have to do is take an order over the phone. Really??? If it’s happening this much! Maybe someone needs to be put on dishes. #pizzamandansforlife

I ordered pizza today and brought it home. It was the worst most pathetic excuse for a pizza! I can’t believe I spent $ 14 on this! I will never go back to this place again.

I love pizza hut but recently the last few times we ordered we have been disappointed they either got our order wrong or we got our order and one pizza was smashed and the other was smashed and all the toppings slid all the way to one side of the pizza

AREYOUREALLYTHISFREAKINGSTUPID? Tonight was the third time this place struck out with me. My special instructions were simple. Slice the pizza in squares. Every time, I was asked what that means. I explained that the slices would be horizontal and vertical; I also explained that the slices would be perpendicular, as well as having 90 degree angles, or three vertical slices and four horizontal slices. Apparently the employees are too freaking stupid to know the difference between squares and triangles. I called just now, and spoke with Sean, the«manager.» He explained to me that they were confused that they had never done that before, and that the instructions were too difficult for them. I was dumbfounded. I asked him, «seriously, are you telling me that the people cooking my food don’t know the difference between squares and triangles?» He said yes. I would be afraid to eat here again, and I will tell you why. If someone is too freaking stupid to know the difference between squares and triangles, and can’t follow EXTREMELY simple instructions that any graduate of elementary school could follow, how the freak can you know if the person is intelligent enough to follow simple health and safety codes? Your employees are so freaking stupid that I think I will get food poisoning from their cooking, because they are obviously that freaking dumb. The job market has lots of people with higher job skills who are willing to work for lower pay. That’s just what the market is like now. This Pissa Hut has stupid employees. Hey«manager,» it is time to hire some more intelligent employees who know the difference between squares and triangles, as well as some people who don’t settle for mediocrity. God’s peace.

Big Let Down! One of the Staff Managers by the name of Sean Quinos promised to donate 4 pizzas for a Fund Raiser for a Non-Profit Animal Shelter on July 19th(last Sat). I confirmed with him a week prior to the event and the day before the event. Both times he assured me that the pizzas would be delivered. Well the pizzas never showed up and after waiting an hour I texted him during the event and he never responded. The event was well attended and would have been good advertisement for Pizza Hut, But instead we had to have one of our volunteers run out during the event and pick up some pizzas from Ameci’s Pizza, which by the way were so delicious! It was extremely RUDE and immature of Sean to flake out like this. It would have been better if he would have been honest and said he was unable to donate the pizzas so we could have made other arrangements ahead if time instead of having to rune out during the event. He never even called to apologize, He should be ashamed of himself for letting down the Shelter Animals! BUT if you are looking for a good pizza in the Port Hueneme area I suggest Ameci’s Pizza! It was delicious!!!

Terrible service. We ordered a pizza about 9 months ago and after we picked it up we were already 20 minutes away when we realized that there was no sauce on the pizza. We called and they gave us a credit. Today we tried to order using that credit and we were told(after being on hold on and off for 5 minutes) that the credit expires after 3 months. Didn’t hear that the first time or I would have marked my calendar. Never calling again.

On Friday the 24th I ordered a pizza through this pizza hut and let me say I was shocked it was going to take TWO hours to get a pizza from them. :/that ridiculous for one thing after ordering it online. So after I tried to call the pizza hut to cancel my order but was left on hold for 20 min(had to call three times) :/. But most likely if I didn’t try to cancel my order it wouldn’t have tasted that good I bet.

This pizza was awful. Tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for an entire day before it was finally delivered to us(30 minutes after our quoted delivery time.) This is not the first time we have received cold, chewy and incredibly unappetizing pizza from this Pizza Hut. We keep giving it chances time after time and it’s never any better than the previous time. At least the delivery guy was nice…

Do not order online! A confirmation email was sent out with a delivery time an hour after I ordered. That’s reasonable I guess for a place a mile and a half away… Once the projected delivery time came and went, I called the store. They said delivery should be there soon. Now an hour and a half later, there is still no pizza. Do not order online if you want pizza the same night you order it.

I will never return to this Pizza hut anymore. Its too much of a hit and miss. I called at 930pm and they told me the pizza would be ready by 1020pm. I thought, fine, ill wait for some good pizza. I get there to pick it up at 1015 and one guy is taking an order on the phone, 5 min later somebody comes out of the back wiping his hands like he just got out of the bathroom and brings my pizza to me, I pay and get home and the pizza taste tough! like it has been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. Needless to say the Pizza sucked! This is too many times in a row that they make bad pizza, the last time the manager told me it was my fault because I didnt pick it up on time. BS I should have listened to that girl who told me to go to the one on Saviers, this one Bites.

EEK. I would’ve rated this with NOSTARS, however Unilocal doesn’t allow it. ANYWHO. This evening, after cooking an ellaborate dinner for friends and family last night, I didn’t feel like cooking. So naturally me and the other half decided, «PIZZA?» yes pizza. With the $ 10 deal Pizza Hut is having on pizza, we jumped at the chance. We picked it up, brought it back, and tummies growling, opened the box. To our horror, the pizza looked like it had been through some rough stuff. It was sloppy, and very unappetizing. The toppings we asked for were barely there! I didn’t notice the bacon pieces I asked for, until someone pointed them out to me. It was then that I said, «Well…you get what you pay for.» Then I called Toppers. What a waste of ten bucks. Blech.

Crispy, bone-in, mild buffalo chicken wings are so good! They are sticky & crispy. Side of ranch for 50 cents extra? WT!!!

Identity Theft Risk! Ordered pizza online using the credit card option. Reminded that delivery person would need to see the card. Not a problem. Standard procedure. Delivery guy shows up, asks to see card, show it to him, he proceeds to use his thumb to make an imprint of my credit card number. Stop him, ask him what he’s doing, he says it’s «policy». Since when? Haven’t ordered from them in a few months so maybe since then? Told the driver he didn’t need the entire number, he verified name, and last four of the number. Ripped up the imprint because in today’s day and age some random pizza dude doesn’t need it. Called the Pizza Hut immediately and spoke with the manager. He confirmed it’s «policy». Told him it was a bad one, informed him of our concerns about identity theft, manager basically said too bad, it’s «policy». This isn’t the policy at Domino’s, Papa John’s, Rusty’s, or American Pizza. Do yourself a favor and order from one of those. As I sit here and write this I have been going over the businesses I frequent, and NONEOFTHEM require keeping an imprint of my credit card number on file. The whole carbon copy/imprint on receipts from credit card purchases is old school. Oh, and the pizza? It was good. Too light on the sauce, but tasty. Not worth what it would cost should my cc number/identity be stolen though.
