They serve Herkimer coffee from roasted to perfection in Seattle. It’s a greener roast, not for everyone maybe, but for what it is they do a fantastic job. It’s especially good in a latte.

I have been drinking easy time coffee for the whole 8 years I’ve lived in Port Ludlow. Not a day goes by without going there… At LEAST once, and many days, twice. My commute time to work always includes a stop there. Very few coffee stands do you know you are ALWAYS receiving the same exact exemplary product and great service each time, no matter who is working. I highly recommend easy time. You will find nothing compareable in this county, and probably farther out than that.

Great service. Great London Fog. My favorite coffee stand to frequent. They now offer an sausage, egg, and cheese bagel (huge) as a breakfast option — a nice alternative to the pre-​packaged muffins, cookies, biscotti, and granola bars you can get elsewhere.

Easy Times is the best coffee in Hadlock! The baristas are always very friendly and the coffee is excellent. I believe they serve Herkimer. Love it!
