For a sub, Subway is always my last choice. It was late, I was hungry and didn’t want greasy McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. Walked in a little after 7 p.m. and no one was in the place… nor were any employees visible. After waiting about 5 mins, I finally yelled, «Anyone at home?» Finally, a young woman came out. I requested my bread to be wheat. She got it out and it looked like it had been run over by a truck. I told her that wouldn’t do. Asked what the bread on the bottom shelf was. Where? The bottom one. Here? Where? BOTTOMSHELF. After about half a dozen attempts, she finally got the right one. She wrapped the sandwich… halfway…and I was out of there. No «Thank you, Come again.» Nothing. I seriously don’t think she spoke much English. She needs to go. Bigot, political correctness, call it what you want. You work in the US, you learn and speak English. Enough with people tip-toeing around it.

Worst service and sandwich I’ve ever experienced at subway before. I asked for light onions to be spread out evenly on my sandwich and the woman behind the counter, who had a little girl no older than 6 behind the counter with her, taking meatballs and sauce in a large cup, said«no, no, no you can take it easy». She was sooooooo rude and condescending And spoke with a thick Hispanic accent. I said«what? I’m just asking you to spread the onions evenly, I’m confused, what do you mean no?» She didn’t respond, she just wrapped up my sandwich and moved me on. Needless to say, the sandwich sucked. Even funnier is that it was the 3.00 special sub and she tried charging me 5.14. I had to tell her three times that wasn’t right. She then points to a cup on the edge of the counter that was sweating all over the counter, had a chewed up straw in it and was closer to her than me and said she was charging me for that. I laughed and said, «really? Does it look like that was made since I came in? That’s not mine and I’m not paying for it.» I was mortified with her rude tone, inappropriate comments and complete disregard for the customer experience. Sadly, because of her, I will NEVER go to a Subway again. Not just because my experience was so bad, but my coworker said she’s been there for a long time and is always rude. How’s that? How can someone treat a paying customer that way and still be employed? That’s how you value customers? No thanks. Plenty of local sub shops and delis to take my business to.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! My mother was actually YELLED at by one of the female workers(7÷6÷12, 1:00 pm) when there was a miscommunication about her order.(I don’t mean to sound bigoted, but language barrier was a factor.) The girl then proceeded to mumble under her breath, and get even NASTIER as the transaction went on. Poor Mom was so astonished, all she could think of was getting her food and getting the hell outta there, rather than asking for a manager. We’ve tried to call the store, but the number listed on the website is a fax number, which speaks volumes. I suspect the powers that be could care less about quality customer service or better communication skills. Our family/friends won’t ever patronize that store again. DOYOURSELF A FAVOR, STAYAWAY!!!
