EXTERMELYDISAPPOINTED! I called to order caps and gowns two weeks before I needed them to be here just to be on the safe side. Thanks goodness I did that. Two days before they are supposed to be here they called to say there was an issue with the order. While on the phone I changed everything and ask if we would still have them in for the original date we needed them. They said that they could get them to me on a Monday. We were closed on the Monday and I need them before then. The original date came and went no caps and gowns. I called the next day to be told oh there is an issue with the order. I spoke to a lady and told her I had a call on Monday to fix this issue. I said I needed the caps and gowns the next day. Meanwhile I was on hold for 10 minutes. The next day came still no caps and gown, called once more to find out where the caps and gowns are, they said they are in process but don’t have a tracking number. I told them I was not happy and they needed to take care of this now and we need to be refunded. This time I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. This place is a fraud and if you need caps and gowns or anything else they offer. GOSOMEPLACEELSE!

These people are the worst company i have ever done business with i ordered a cap and gown from them and it took them almost two months for them to give me my money back very unprofessional and terrible customer service. This was the first and last time i order anything from them. I can’t believe it. Then they try to hustle you when its time to get your money back but its ok i recommend everyone not to call them or even try to do business with such an unprofessional company. very sad !

Well — I previously wrote the review below, but UNBELIEVABLY, the gown showed up! Ha! Just VERY poor communication from the company. «I don’t think this is a legitimate business. I placed an order and made a screen capture of the confirmation page w/confirmation number. I paid $ 45 extra for overnight shipping. I never received an email confirmation w/tracking info, which was promised. My credit card hasn’t been billed yet(2 days later). The gown hasn’t arrived. When I call customer service their automated system hangs up on me after a waiting…»

Customer service for this company is really poor. Ordered 12 diploma covers for our students who were participating in a GED graduation ceremony. When the box arrived just before graduation, we received 6 instead of the 12 which were prepaid. Never received a notice that 6 were on back order(which would have been the correct thing to do so we could find replacements before graduation). When I called customer service, the representative said«I don’t know why you only got six – call me back in a hour and I will let you know.» She should have offered to call me back! When I called again, I was told they were on back order, did not know when they would come in, and they would send them when they came back into stock. She never apologized nor offered to give me a refund. It was so embarrassing to not have enough of these for our students. Graduation Source, please inform your customers if something cannot be delivered on time! And please think about customer service training for your reps!

I have ordered from the company twice and both times they messed up my order! I just ordered stoles for a high school and their graduation is on Monday morning and I paid $ 100+ for next day shipping and they did not process my order in time as promised and now I will not be receiving my order until Monday night so now the kids are not going to be getting their stoles! This is the last time I will deal with this company they make so many promises but never hold up to them.

I ordered my cap and gown from here. I am so excited I can’t wait to try it on. They did run into a problem with not having the color tassel I needed. But they have been in contact with me and I will have everything I need. Thank you Ana for getting back to me so quickly! Great customer service!
