My SO& I have been talking about going here for a few months and last night we finally went… one of the best meals we’ve eaten anywhere!!! I lived in France & was impressed by the food here. It’s small & it was busy but we had a reservation& only waited about 10 min for our table. Service was impeccable, my SO had a Pinot Noir that he loved & everything we ate was amazing! I highly recommend the Farmer’s Platter to start — a great array of meats, cheese & garnishes. The Ravioli Champignons was amazing! For dessert we shared the banana beignets — I would go back just for this!!! Can’t wait to try their brunch!

Everything was awesome we had a scallops app that we shared and soft shell crab and the best tarte tatin! I will definitely be back to try the mussels!

Wow! Great find! Eddie is the owner and the chef with years of fine French cuisine He has worked at Le’Scale and Le Pinquin. No wonder when Eddie left Le Pinguin last year the food really went down ., At Appetite Bistro the menu is focused on only fresh ingredients. Grass fed meats and wild cough fish is always on his menu mussels were plumped and juicy with crispy French fries. The deserts are all in house made and expresso is as good as in Paris! Staff is welcome and super friendly Love the concept of open kitchen Highly recommend

Went here last night for dinner with my fiancé and we absolutely loved it, the food is AMAZING! It really reminded us of the time when we were in France and every dish was top notch. We will definitely be back soon!

Took my wife to Appetit Bistro last night for dinner and I can confirm all the other 5 star ratings. Everything was delicious. For appetizers we had the warm tomato tart and the wild mushroom ravioli. For entrees I had the duck cassoulet and she had a halibut special. Everything arrived at the table nice and hot. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. While the room is small it is well appointed and it did not feel at all tight. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Can’t wait to come back and bring some friends.

I happened on this place, hardly a mile from my house. I can’t believe I had not heard about it opening last year. We made a reservation for 6:00, and soon after that the restaurant was full. I can’t say enough good things about it. The service and the food were superb. It is a little pricy, but definitely worth it. The two of us started with the Pu-Pu Platter, and it was amazing. I had the steak frites special, and it was cooked perfect. My husband had the Duck Cassoulet. He was very pleased. It was delicious and filling. I have already made a reservation to return this weekend with my family.

What a delightful surprise. Diverse menu beyond French. It was my first time there and I must say I had low expectations going in but the food was very good. I had the tarte di tomate – nice flavor, didn’t need the coulis, a drizzle of olive oil would have been enough, followed by the grilled salmon – they asked me how I’d like it cooked, which was great. Nice sear on the salmon sitting atop mixed lentils & sprouts, which also had great flavor. My friend had the lemon sole and he loved it. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely delicious! Staff all very friendly and courteous. The mushroom ravioli was one of the best I’ve ever had and the braised short rib ragout with gnocchi appetizer, a special that night, was crazy good! The gnocchi were tender and pillowy not dense little lead balls that you so often get. All the other main courses at the table were fish dishes, the sole and branzino(personally don’t enjoy fish) and everyone loved what they had! For dessert the tart tatin was absolutely amazing! So buttery and perfectly caramelized! We enjoyed the crème brûlée but was a tad too eggy and loose for my taste, but still very good. All the portions for all our dishes were just right, not too big and not too small and«precious» like so many places serve these days. Very small so make a reservation and as others have said, don’t be fooled by the location. This place is a gem!!!

Cannot say enough about this wonderful little restaurant. If you like French food and the best frites in the world and don’t care about atmosphere, this is the restaurant for you. It’s in a tatty strip mall, but it’s very cute and the food, the service and the attitude of the staff are outstanding — this is a small restaurant with a big future!

Always drove by and wanted to try. Finally went this past week and i have to say it was not disappointing. I had the tuna tartare to start and absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of their soy lime dressing & came with a side of what seemed to be homemade chips. For my entrée I had the Ravioli Aux Champignons & absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection! I don’t give it the full 5 stars due to not having some of apps and entrée available on the menu! Overall great experience and kudos to the staff!

I love with this new find. Hidden away in small strip-mall storefront. Tiny, Authentic and delicious. Coq Au vin & fondue amazing. Going back to try the brunch. Chef spent years cooking French in other peoples restaurants. Finally opened his own. Support and open a bigger space!

I can’t say enough wonderful compliments about this unassuming restaurant. Attentive service, delish warm bread, well priced wines. Undoubtedly the most fabulous chicken paillard I have ever tasted. It was tender yet crispy, topped with a salad, yet hearty. You have to try it and I have to get back there. Once you get past that it is in a strip mall, and you enter — you know that you are in a fine dining establishment. The attached storefront is now available, I hope that they expand and make their ambiance a bit more upscale to match the quality of their food and wine. Just go, you won’t regret it. Try for lunch and you will be back for dinner. Oh — the mussels were tender and the broth was perfect. Get the picture? Wonderful food.

This place was a surprise. I found it on Unilocal and tried it a few weeks ago. At first glance, it doesn’t look like much… in a strip mall, but once inside… WOW! The décor is simple, yet tasteful and completely unpretentious. The staff is friendly and inviting. The wine list is not extensive, but each selection I’ve had has been exceptional. Then there’s the food… the restaurant has a French theme, but definitely is layered with a Latin influence. I’ve been back twice now and it has quickly become one of my favorites. The food is deliciously and delicately prepared and the menu is diverse and consistent! A true find!

We are here the other night & had a really delicious dinner. The food was outstanding in my opinion. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is just because it’s a very small space so the tables were very close together & it was slightly difficult to maneuver. We were also seated a little too close to the open kitchen for my liking. But the staff is friendly, the food served promptly, small wine list but still a really nice selection. I would definitely return & probably just request a different table & then it will be perfect!

Very nice. We got there 8:30 on a weeknight and after a few minutes were the only patrons. We lingered(had the fondue which takes a while to eat) but never felt rushed nor overwhelmed. Food and service excellent.

Delightful new restaurant. In a storefront in a small shopping center with minimal décor, but was the food good. My Bronzino was done perfectfully and well seasoned as was my wife’s duck breast. Appetizer was excellent(ravioli) and prices reasonble. No spirits, but good wine and beer selection at very fair prices. Have made reservation to return with friends

I had the pleasure of eating there about a week ago. My twin brother and I decided to have a bro date and it really was a good decision. This restaurant is a great dinner place if you would like to go on a date with someone whom you have already been on a previous date with before. I only say that because if it’s busy during dinner hours the tables are pretty close to each other, so you should be at least be comfortable with each other otherwise I can imagine it gets a little awkward. The lighting is great, it’s dark enough to make it intimate but bright enough to see their open kitchen!(Always a plus in my opinion) Service was great, once you walk in you are treated by one of their two servers. Seated and given a basket of nice hot bread and olive oil. Beers are priced perfectly in my opinion, a $ 5 craft beer leaves a smile on my face! I had the luxury of starting with the Bacon appetizer! It’s heavy and 100% shareable between two people! My main course was the burger, cooked to perfection and very big! Big enough that I managed to talk half of it home in a nice reusable to go container. French fries were extra crispy and the servers always checked on us to make sure everyone went well. The bill was a decent price, and we left with a full stomach and smiles on our faces. I will be back again and hopefully they will have a happy hour with wine specials in the future.

A gem! Do not be fooled by the casual atmosphere and strange strip mall-esque location. This is cuisine of the finest quality, served in rich decadence and with perfect service. The mushroom ravioli, the saffron mussels, and the cilantro lime shrimp were out of this world. Just opened, been here twice and will be back again and again. A must-go-to!
