The builder warned us that it would be painful, but the end product would be very beautiful. The builder was correct. The owner of the company cost us a plane ticket from CT to FL and 3 lost days from work, for us to pick out our cabinets, which he never wrote down what we picked out. This then caused the home to be delayed another month. The lack of communication between the Mark and the home builder, caused more money to be spent to move electical outlets. The cabinets are in and they are beautiful, but we have been waiting for the past two months for some final items to be done (replace broken door, pullout drawers, and handles). The stories started with that the items were in the shop, to they were never ordered, to they are on the FedEx truck due for delivery Wed, no wait Thur, no wait Fri to they are in. We were lucky to have the email and cell number for the owner (Mark). It was nice to listen to his voicemail and watch our emails go unanswered. HAHA not. Thank goodness they have Jeff as the installer, as he does excellent work. Also a thank you to Karen Rogers for sovling all the problems made by her boss.

It was nearly a year ago but since they’re again at the area ‘home show’ I wanted to add this to warn others. We got an estimate from this company for granite in our sizable kitchen. We decided to go for it. We advised them we needed a Monday or Tuesday appointment for the template. We got a voicemail saying they would be at the house on Thursday. !!! I returned the call and reminded them I needed a Monday or Tuesday and to please give me a call so we could coordinate times. To this day, nearly a year later, we never heard back from the owner of this company, who had originally called about our template appointment. Not a good way to do business, in my humble opinion. We have taken our business, and money, elsewhere. Why would anyone want to do business with such an unreliable company?
