6 pm on Labor Day my tire blew out. Shawn put me at ease with his professionalism. I think his uniform with multiple reflective patches impressed me first. He introduced himself, went right to work, and finished the job within 15 minutes. What more can your ask for when you are a female, 100 miles from home with a flat tire!
