I had a great experience with these guys. I purchased a used scanner from them and when I received it, the scanner didn’t work because of possible shipping damage. I sent a short email to them and they made arrangements to send another scanner. Anarae (the guy that helped me) even sent me some test scans to make sure that it was going to fit my needs. When you buy used equipment, one of the most important things to consider is if your item will be supported if something goes wrong when you initially try it out. These guys were really helpful and I’d buy from them again.
