We don’t do all our banking at 5/3, but they do hold our mortgage and we have a basic checking/savings account with them. I honestly wouldn’t have a checking account with them if my mortgage wasn’t set for autodraft, but I have to admit(three years in) that I couldn’t be happier with the service. It’s very easy to keep track of how much is in my account and make sure we have enough funds there for the payment to be drafted Instead of having to call an 800 customer service number, I can call the local branch and they’re happy to help me with whatever I need. My husband does go in more often than I do and always enjoyed the help he gets from Tina, one of the tellers. She is courteous and friendly and has built a nice rapport that you don’t always find these days.
