Steve and his team are fantastic. They installed two units to replace our old air conditioners. Steve didn’t try to upsell us on equipment we didn’t need. His team was fast and clean and always showed up on time. The air filter system he installed made a big difference in our air quality. I would recommend SM Heating to anyone who needs air conditioning, air quality or heating system replacement or repairs.

Recently had a furnace and air conditioner installed. Steve’s crew was friendly and polite. Efforts were made to leave my home clean and without dirt.
Steve explained in detail what was to be expected in the job and all was on target.

Just got a service for my HVAC. Steve is the man! By just feeling the pipes he would tell you the unit is leaking feon. I was a bit surprise, then he went on to explain the copper pipe should be hot and the insulated pipe should be cold after turning a/​c on for a few minutes but they were not. Hooking up an instrument further confirmed his guess. In less an 30min, my HVAC is charged.
Really appreciate SM heating able to dispatch someone out 1 day earlier than scheduled after an earlier job finished earlier expected.
Great job by an experienced engineer and friendly dispatcher. Highly recommended.
