LOVE Travis! I went to Traloba today for a cut and color for the first time. I had been looking for someone in SoFla who knew how to REALLY color for quite some time and I happened upon Travis after seeing a few reviews online. The salon itself is in the Bella Salon Suites in the far side of the Best Buy plaza on Sample. Travis was really upbeat and spent a good amount of time getting to know my hair before starting which I really appreciate. He did a dry cut and full head Balayage which involved hand painting the hair and separating the strands with a plastic wrap. He was extremely meticulous about every strand. He takes a great pride in his work and was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with. Absolutely perfect. Haven’t had great color like this in years! I made a follow up appointment for a few months from now as soon as I left. Definitely recommend Traloba and Travis Barto!

I have been looking for a great and creative hair dresser for a while now. I knew that it was just a matter of time, and with some research, I finally found hair utopia with Travis! He is innovative and really truly connects to his clients needs and wants. His location could not have been more convenient to get to for me being that I am coming from Palm Beach County and Broward traffic can get a little unnerving at times.
His personality and work space has an amazing positive energy which gives you a comfortable feel as a new first time client. I very rarely tell a hair stylist to be as creative as he or she chooses, since as many of you, I have had my share of hair disasters. Travis made me feel as if I have known him forever and if he remembers, I did tell him that my hair is in his hands and I trust him to do his magic.
I honestly can’t wait for my next appointment to really allow Travis to get as creative as he wants to with my color. He is a hidden treasure and now has a client in me for life.

I’ve been going to Travis for about a year now, and he has transformed my fine/​limp hair into a supple, multifaceted, piece of art. It has been 8 months since I said goodbye to my last split-​end, the over processed hay-​blonde days are gone!
Travis is a genius with color. He will help you explore new tints and getting as brave as you dare. I have to keep it professional, so we keep the funky ‘disguised’ in copper and dark red streaks in my strawberry blonde. Even the bold colors grow out nicely and look natural, and I have NEVER felt any fried/​dried/​crunchy hair as a result from Travis’s work.
I have already recommended Travis to my close personal friends, and now I recommend him to you!

When I first went to Travis I had tragic box black hair, and if you know anything about hair that’s a hard place to move from. Travis not only corrected my color but gave me healthy hair back. Since that fist visit I let him do what he wants and he never ceases to amaze me with how great it comes out and no matter how different it is I always leave feeling like it is the best my hair has ever looked. I will surely be spending the rest of my life stalking him and making him do my hair. The new Studio is fantastic!!!

I’ve been going to Travis for a couple of years now and happy to have found him. I like the fact that I can tell him what my goal is and pretty much just leave the rest up to him. It’s hard to find a stylist/​barber you can trust to not screw up your hair and that listens but also gives you their professional advice.

Since moving to Florida I have had the worst freaking haircuts & color! They’re crooked, way too short, texturized to death or Not what I wanted NOT EVEN CLOSE! I have had some serious hair trauma. I found Travis a few months back and since then my hair is FREAKING AWESOME! I can not express how much I love the way he cuts! and my «Natural Red Mane» is spot on, everyone still thinks it’s real”)
