I had just bought my brand new car and wanted a good tint on it, my salesman recommended this company for tinting, as they do most tints for the dealer. The tint job itself seems to be good and the quality of it also seems to be top notch. The reason for my rating is because of the customer service. To start of with, the guy didn’t ask me what level of tint that I wanted, and (luckily) assumed that I wanted the darkest legal limit. The gentlemen that tinted my car left the music running (draining my battery) for over an hour. If you’re in a garage you’d think you’d have your own music to play and not drain a customers battery. Also, I just bought this car the day before, and after leaving I noticed water on my back seats, the guy left leftover tint on my car instead of simply throwing it away, and there was a dirt stain on my seat that was obviously not there when I bought the car. It just left me leaving the place with a sour taste in my mouth. The professionalism wasn’t there, and should be for the price you’re paying.

Scotts is a true master at his craft. Customer Service, and the quality of the detail that he brings to his work, separates him from all the other company’s that have ever tinted any of my cars. Him and Nicole truly make it happen! Where else can you get your windows tinted, and shoot a game of pool in the front of the office. Highly recommend, one of not many authorized 3M dealers.

went to get my new car (3 series bmw coupe) tinted with the specialty 3m film (crystaline), paid close to $ 600 and for that much money i expected the workmanship to be considerably better. Every window around the edge has air, this includes the small back windows as well as rear window. The rear window looks horrible, the lines from the heating elements all have air around them, the dots around the perimeter have so much air that it gives the car an apearance of a silver border around each window. This is the exact issue i asked Scott about prior to bringing the car in, his response– because of the type of film he’ll be using this will not be an issue. Turned out that wasn’t so.
Called Scott to see if anything could be done, seemed like he had a bit of an attitude, i looked passed it and ended up driving up there again for him to take a look. he did for all of 3 minutes, after spending several minutes trying unsuccessfully to push of some air, he said that my tint came out much better than others, his words: «Ha, this is great, you should have seen the other cars.» I can only imagine.
Scott told me that it wasn’t his workmanship, but instead blamed it on the film and my car, that it’s because my car had dots on the edges of the windows and the film was very thick. Ok, i’ll bite. But then i looked at a part of the back window where the film laid flat, no bubles, all the way to and including the edge. He had no response.
Doesn’t make sense, if the dots are a problem and the film is too thick– the problem of air should be everywhere, but it isn’t, leading me to believe that the installer is to blame, and trying to fix the problem didn’t seem to interest him or just wasn’t possible because the film had cured already and trying to push out the bubbles woudln’t have worked, leaving open only an option of redoing the window, forcing him to eat the cost of the film and time. But why bother, after all i had already paid. As for that airbuble smack in the middle of the back windows, no heating lines or dots in sight? well he tried for a few seconds, it didn’t come out, Scott was done, he had another job to finish up.
I’ve had many cars, each was tinted, each tint– flawless, unfortunately the installer i’ve used for the past 20 years has passed away and Scott was listed as a 3m installer, unfortunately i made a bad and very costly mistake picking Scott.

Prompt (which is a big deal here in Florida) and courteous service! Offers the highline 3M films — hard to find it seems. They came out to my place of business and did it on site and QUICKLY!
The price is very fair for the quality of the tint itself. My SUV looks great. Thanks for the professional work Scott!
