Welcome to the sand bar! This very cute snack bar is really a great stop before you get to the sand! To be honest i wasnt hungry or thirsty when we parked and started making our way to the beach. I couldn’t resist. I saw a sign that said mangorita and i was sold. Yup, that’s all it takes . Reading there snack menu, i noticed they also sell pizza! So i ordered one of those too. We met a guy working there and he was really friendly and made a nice conversation with us. He gave us tips about whats around the area and helped us decide on what was the best thing to try. They also sell hot dogs and other hot snacks. for the early birds they have breakfast items too.(Not eggs but like muffins etc) There are round tables with umbrellas that were very clean. We chose however to sit at the counter on the bar stools. My husband ordered a large«shaved ice». Large is an understatement! Its huge! Once again the man at the counter recommended some flavors and added a candy like syrup ontop of the Already juice syrup thing. Sorry it was a lot of sweetness going on. After i had couple gulps of my drink, of course i had to taste that mountain of sugary goodness! It was perfect. The pizza came out a little after 5 minutes of ordering. I honestly didn’t expect it to be so good. It’s a small place and i didn’t really glance to much inside to see if there was an oven, but i wasn’t expecting a real pizzeria pizza. It was good. Crust was nice, sauce was simple and it had just the right amount of cheese! My mangorita was yummy, i would say its a medium/large size cup and i could taste the alcohol. This is honestly a great snack spot to check out, right before you hit the beach. Grab a beer or snack and just enjoy the breeze and friendly company. Everything came up to i think 12 $
