It’s ok for a Ruby Tuesday’s. Very nice staff but been there three time and the food was not good. I have had the ribs twice both times dry and kinda burnt. I have been to other Ruby Tuesday’s and the food was much better. My whole family agrees you can skip this one. They did at one time have some great bar tacos steak and chicken, they were great but no longer have that. Anyway great staff and not a bad place to grab a beer but the food needs a major improvement. All in all might give it another shot in a few months since it’s close to work.

I came here with my family for dinner this week. I can’t believe I’ve never been to a Ruby Tuesday but I guess i was just never close enough to one. Walking in we were greeted by a nice young lady who got us our seats and introduced us to our waiter. The menu here is awesome with so many goodies to choose from. I love a good salmon but i was feeling for something more barbequeish… yea that’s totally a word. Any who that’s when my waiter recommended the hickory bourbon grilled salmon. He said the sauce was great and i couldn’t agree more! My husband and my mom both got ribs and man it looked so good. I did of course, take a few pieces from them and it was so tender and tasty. They have a salad bar here which is also considered a side if you’d like. My salmon however was still my favorite of the night. It was delicious and a pretty big portion too. I got my usual broccoli and baked potatoes sides. The broccoli was good but the baked potato, I didn’t really care for. I asked for everything on it(which I normally do at other places) but it arrived with all the topping neatly separated in little cups. I didn’t mind since i could add as much or as little as I wanted but the only thing was that the cheese was cold so it didn’t melt when I put it on top of the potato, which was now a bit cooled. I personally think its best to put the toppings on it right away but maybe next time ill request it a bit more specifically. We did get mini cheddar biscuits which were tasty and warm and our drinks were refilled without even noticing if we needed it or not. A few staff walked by and asked us how we were enjoying out meals and i thought that was really nice. So all in all, good experience, good food, and i hope to return in the future! Plus the drink menu looks great so i REALLY want to come back lol

I went for the salad bar on Saturday night. I usually go to Ruby Tuesday in coral springs where the salad bar is excellent. This salad bar was lacking A few items that the others have. My complaint was it was dirty and many of the vegetables were old and slimy. The waiter ignored us and never came back to ask if we needed anything. He did not pick up our dirty plates when we went to the salad bar again. He left the menus on our table I got up and requested some napkins and he did not bring them over. When I mentioned it to him that our plates were not picked up and we were not getting any service he just made excuses and had a rude attitude. I would never go back to this Ruby Tuesday again based on the lack of upkeep and the lack of fresh food on the salad bar.

Where do i start? Drinks tasted like juice. Corona without a lime ! Fries and burger without ketchup! They messed up my wifes order then rushed her order and burned the food. Food wasnt the greatest. New york strip steak tasted like a steak from a microwavable lunch in the frozen section of a supermarket. I would avoid. It was my mistake i had seen the bad reviews but was to hungry to find anothee location

My daughter and I tried to eat there on Saturday around 6pm. We were seated promptly but a waiter never came by. We kept seeing the manager walking around checking on a tables but he skipped us probably because there was no food yet on our table. We finally gave up after 15 mins and walked over to the hostess to tell her why we were leaving. She just looked at us and asked how long we had been waiting. I just wanted an apology. Rude, untrained staff is a reflection of poor management. Probably will not be back, there are lots of other restaurants in this area very close to my home with better service.

The salad bar is smaller then usual Ruby Tuesday’s.definitely not $ 8.99 value, should be half that price since not that much selection compared to most Ruby Tuesday salad bars. The drinks/sodas were mostly ice so be sure to ask for no ice, or ice in its own glass so you don’t pay $ 3.99 for 1⁄3 glass of actual soda. Times that by how many people are at the table and you’re paying $ 12. for one glass of actual soda. The $ 10.99 burger was ok, even though quite dry, and the fries were good. Overall ok. although next time will just go to a drive thru for burgers and save $ 50.

Hubby and I are out of towners who needed to eat. Want too sure about this place since it only had an average of three stars. OMG! Their chicken mushroom pasta and bourbon hickory salmon were EXCELLENT! We would definitely make this a regular if we were locals.

I had the Turkey Burger, which came with avocado. swiss cheese, lettuce &‘tomato. It came with fries but I was able to substitute broccoli for it. It was so juicy I was shocked. They have for $ 2.99 more a very nice salad bar. Too bad we can’t add pictures.

My fiancé and I used to love this place but every time we come it has slowly gotten worse and worse and what happened to the southwestern spring rolls!!! that was the only reason we would continue to come so we decided to try the sampler dish appetizer with cheese fries and chicken tenders and the Asian spring rolls, mozzarella sticks YUCK! Change your oil! The best thing there is the free cheese biscuits and their fruit ice tea! Yummy! Sorry but we won’t be back for a while.

Worst Ruby Tuesday I’ve been to so far, the food was stale over cooked, the salad bar was not as good as usual, you can tell the kitchen is slacking.

My fiancée and I didn’t have the best experience in this restaurant with our waitress. She forgot to refill our drinks, she took our glasses and disappeared for 10 minutes. My steak was not done as I ordered. Salad bar is good, though.

It’s funny, I remember going to Ruby’s all the time as a kid and after recently visiting, I can’t figure out why I ever stopped. Food: As it’s know for, their salad bar is impeccable. Very fresh and they have an attendant at hand. I’m a sucker for those croutons. I was really impressed with the complimentary biscuits they provide with every meal. Much better than any bread basket around. They have a light menu which is great and include sides such as spaghetti squash(something you don’t see often). Drinks: What really got me was their drinks. They have great deals and $ 5 Happy Hour. They have a skinny mojito that I couldn’t get enough of. They also constantly have half of bottles. How often do you get to have a bottle at a restaurant for less than what it would cost to buy it at the store? The super cute waiter recommended it. Over all, welcome anyone to try this location.

We eat here sometimes with family. I have never had a truly amazing experience here ever. I will give you a synopsis of our visit last night. We walk in, and the place is packed with tourists.(Normal for this time of year to see a sea of gray hair.) We are seated. It takes about 10 minutes to get a greeting and get our drink order in. I think our poor waiter was overworked. He was constantly running around, and never brought things that are obvious – ketchup for hambergers, refills on drinks, steak stauce for steak, etc. My mother’s side order was cold when they brought it, and it took her another 15 minutes to get it back. My Husband had a very nice piece of fish. My dinner however, I felt was very overpriced. $ 16.99 for a very small piece of steak and shrimp scampi. The scampi turned out to be 4MINI shrimp placed over some rice pilaf. I have never seen such a stingy portion of shrimp for a dinner of that price. The food was pretty tasty, though. Oh, and if you’re taller that 5’5″, it will be impossible for you to reach your hand under the glass at the salad bar. You will literally need to bend to your knees to even get a taste of some carrots! I just feel that for the prices, and service, this restaurant is not worth another visit. There are other restaurants that serve fresh American food that are 10x’s better than this one.

If not for the salad bar, they should tear down and close all of these places. Actually, they did, it’s called Bennigan’s. Anyway, being a bit of a chain snob, it’s rare that I make my way into one of these type of joints. However, on the rare occasions I’ve gone there, the salad bar has always been fresh and well stocked with good eats. I’ve mistakenly ordered things to go with it and it usually involves a large amount of grease that is supposed to pass for a hamburger. Don’t get me wrong, I love a greasy burger as much as the next guy, especially with a hangover, but this one just seems to go past the acceptable point of grease. Like I said, good salad bar, only reason for 2 stars. Service is always suspect and the grease burger is blegh.
