Dumbest bunch of people I have ever encountered. Marie hung up on me when I queried my delivery time (2 hours). Would I like to cancel or pick up? No, it’s fine, my husband will wait. 2 hours later I realized they’d credited my account & cancelled my order. Minimum wage is too high for these imbeciles!

UPDATE: I was contacted by either a member of management or the franchise owner (not sure which). He was exceptionally pleasant, asked a couple of questions and apologized for the issues amongst other things. Therefore I am upgrading their rating.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location. I placed an order today at 136 pm on a Tuesday and received the order at 301. The food is cold and the dough is not even cooked completely. Now, after waiting almost an hour and half, I have to put it in the oven.
No apology when I called to check on the order; no acknowledgement from the driver. Horrible product and horrible service.

Super dirty, 15 minute pick-​up was 30 and the building needs too be knocked down and restructured. I will order from Jets. They are Clean and consistent.

It never fails these people are idiot. Every single person working at this establishment has an IQ lower than the average freezer temperature. The black female «Manger» (She is not a manager, to be a manger you have to be able to comprehend a conversation without smacking your lips EW) has a typical Pizza Hut employee attitude, she is miserable with her life, who wouldn’t be working there, and has zero communication skills. I don’t know why I even bother ordering from here. Pizza is cold and always sloppy, delivery guys don’t make eye contact or even care you exist. Worst business in south Florida. But what can I expect from people who have such LOW hiring standards. JUNK, Garbage, cardboard tasting pizza with employees straight out of the bottom of the barrel.

It’s take 40 mins shortest and 1hr 30 longest to get my pizza !! Wow this area is killing the Pizza Hut brand ! Food could be a lot better also

The worst pizza hut I ever ordered from. The so called manager Arlene is very rude, they took over an hour and a half to deliver one pizza to me, it was cold when it got here. I will never recommend or order from them again!

Disappointed. My Pepperoni «Lover’s» was short on cheese and pepperoni. I’ve always enjoyed the «wow» factor of the «Lover’s» brand. This pie fell WAY short.
