D&B Tile

D&B tile is great not just because of the selection but the wonderful employees that really make this place top notch. Rob Apakian was so attentive during the months long bathroom renovation I had. From finding my tile that had run out and was discontinued to troubleshooting my «tile emergencies» on his day off and just his courteous and friendly demeanor makes Rob awesome in my book. Even today, I asked him a question about tile maintenance and he answered me right away. Shout out to the other Rob (Rob Hart) who was also super nice and helpful with my multiple orders and tile shortages. The staff that checks you out and the warehouse personal is also very nice and helpful. Kitchen and bath cabinet company, Stone Water Kitchens is attached if you need beautiful cabinetry. Laurene is helpful and I love my cabinets and quartz I ordered from her.

For years as a commercial real estate manager, I went from store to store looking for marble/​tiles for different projects. If you’re in the market for marble or tile… do yourself a favor… even if you want to check prices elsewhere… give these guys a chance. You’ll be a lifetime customer from then on.
For the past 2 – 3 years… we don’t even look anywhere else. Whether we have a project in Miami-​Dade or Broward… we head to D & B in Pompano Beach… ask for Robert Apakian… and we’re done. It’s that easy… Give them a shot… you’ll be happy you did.

Robert Apakian was more than willing to sell me two cases of tile. When asked if I can return them, if I did not need them and they were unopened, he said sure. He forgot to tell me about the 25% restocking fee. His defense will be is that it is clearly printed on the back of the receipt. How about telling me up front.
Had to pay $ 12.06 stocking fee to return $ 48.24 of merchandise. BUYER BEWARE !

Definitely knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful displays act as inspiration. Aside from the gorgeous tile and trim, they have thresholds and window sills in travertine and other stones, which are currently hard to find. Prices are good, too.

Amazing selection of tiles. Love the pre-​made showers that show how to combine styles which is very helpful for those of us who are decorating challenged. Customer service is tops!
