Cvs Pharmacy

This is quite possibly the worst CVS ever! We’re on vacation in florida and had to have a prescription refilled before we went on a cruise so we stopped in on a thursday morning to drop it off. They told us to pick it up the next day which was the day before were leaving. We show up in the morning and they tell us it will be done in another hour. We we’re out shopping when we receive a call several hours later stating that they are out of stock! REALLY? You wait 28 hours to tell us that you don’t have any in stock when we expressly told you we had a cruise the next day? Then the girl from the pharmacy says that she will check with other CVS’S in the area to see if they have any and will call me back shortly. Needless to say, I have to call HER back almost 3 hours later to find out and she says «Oh, yeah… I called around and the one a few miles away had it». Gee… thanks for the call back! Never again will I use this store!
