My rating system: It’s a bit different for this shop since it is a warehouse and there are really only 2 true categories: service and product. Product : Out of 1 star for price Out of 1.5 stars for quality Service: Out of .5 stars for quickness Out of .5 stars for professionalism Out of .5 stars for attitude Other : Out of 1 star if they go above and beyond in any way. Service : It’s nice to find the parts you need quickly and efficiently. I was online, browsing eBay for a door handle — mine had decided to break earlier today. I had stopped by two auto parts stores near my house and found that eBay sold the handle for a fraction of their cost.(1⁄1 for price) So when I decided to finally purchase the part I noticed the store was in pompano. Curious, I decided to Google it. Lo and behold it was a measly six miles from my house!!! I called them and they were kind, courteous, and willing to sell me the part minus shipping since I wanted to pick it up.(+.1 star bonus for extra discount) .Happily, I trudged on over. When I got there(it was a little hard to find(Google saved the day)) the site was a standard warehouse. Going in I had honestly thought I would be walking into a store of some sort. When I walked into an office I was surprised. A slew of orange shirt-ed individuals were working with labels and boxes. The lady who had taken my call was right at the front. She came out with my handles and rung me up.(.25/.5 for quickness). She answered my questions promptly and did her job well.(ex. letting my know that of there were any issues with the part, the number she had asked me for would help her find my invoice quickly)(.5/.5 for professionalism)(.4/.5 for attitude)(total 1.15÷1.5 stars on service) I’ve still got to check the quality of the part, and I’ll edit and complete my review tomorrow after installation and some use. But so far I have a rating of 2.25÷3.5 scaling to a 3.22÷5.

What an unprofessional company! We bought parts from this company through eBay, what a nightmare it was. Items shipped were of poor quality, they did not fit and the description in the listing was very inaccurate. After notifying them of the problem, they acknowledged that the wrong item was shipped, they said they would exchanged it and sent a RMA#, however, they did not issue a shipping label. After asking for the shipping label, they wrote back and changed their story. They claimed that the item was for a CVT transmission and that they would not pay for shipping. The response was horrible, waiting for over 2 days to hear back. Again, after several messages to them, they sent and email stating that the item was for NONCVT transmission and that they would also keep a 15% restocking fee. Even though they purposely mislead with the wrong product description, provided false information, acknowledged that they wrong item was shipped, and wasted our time and money, they still wanted to keep 15% and have us pay for shipping? What thieves! After all this, I went to ebay and realized that they had several negative reviews, most for bad parts, items that didn’t fit and not refund after returns. Please save your selves a headache, time and money and buy from a professional company.
