Alex Watch Repair

Great service, I just walked in needed a battery replaced for my watch. He went ahead and replace the battery. They have a minimum on a credit card and a battery replacement wasn’t enough so this guy I went ahead and told me don’t worry about it just come back next time and pay me then. Unbelievable, where do you find Service like that anymore highly recommend this gentleman he’s got my business from now on!

Alex is a great guy who really does know his business and has a passion for it. That is to say, he isn’t just a guy making money off over priced watch batteries like some places. I was in the other day. He stuck around 45 minutes after closing, had the security let me in and escort me to his office (apparently unheard of), and took care of me right away. I had a watch with extra links and a watch that needed a new battery.
10 minutes later we were chatting up Colombianas (he has been married to his gal for over 20 happy years), and life in general.
oh, did I mention including the battery and all the service it was nine dollars? It was easy to leave a large tip after that. He was already ordering me a new watch face for one watch and I hadn’t pre-​payed for it.
I can honestly say you may never find a better watch guy for the price. Highly recommend

Alex has a booth at the Festival Flea Market Mall on Sample Road, I was there shopping for some pet food and needed to get a battery for my watch. I went to 2 other large booths that were unable to open my watch and one directed me to Alex’s. He was great, just what an old time watch maker should be. He was very knowledgeable, had all the right tools and was amazingly patient and gentle with my babies. (I did a second one while I was there) They don’t make them like Alex anymore, he is very worthwhile to go see. It is a lost art, his son was in the booth, a very nice boy but not really interested in following in his father’s foot steps. He was polishing and cleaning a solid gold band and it looked brand new. They are a great team, I recommend them highly.
