Yet another time that I disagree with the Unilocal reviews. When I order an Al Pastor Burrito, I expect it to have Al Pastor. The Al Pastor burrito here has almost no meat in it. If you like bean and rice burritos with a minuscule amount of meat this is the place for you. If you want some meat in your burrito, look somewhere else.

When you first walk in you get greeted by three ladies you’re very nice and courteous our first time there and I didn’t get charged the $.75 for using my debit card also when we placed our order we forgot to buy drinks so I walked up to buy some drinks and they give us two free cups of lemonade which was awesome I think this place is great so if your hungry and you’re around the area this is a place to come eat at!!!

I’m sorry but I’ve probably eaten at every dine-in and take-out in this area working around here for the last two years. It’s not fair to them at all. I’ve had the good and the bad and I’d have to place this on the bad list. I’ve heard so many rave about this place and its tacos so I figured it couldn’t be that bad after convincing myself, but I should have trusted my intuition. I ordered the super nachos when I got in, but before I did I asked«what does it come with?» The nice young lady at the cashier said«beans, meat, and cheese»(while pointing to the pot) LOL this is supposed to be an authentic Mexican spot and they put cheese sauce from a can on your nachos like it is a snack bar at a ball park!!! I swear to you I laughed thinking it was a joke, but she was so serious. I was in a rush so don’t judge me but I ordered the nachos anyways. It turned out to be exactly what I thought it would be. Distasteful is the word for it. My choice of meat was chicken. That chicken had no seasoning what so ever. It was so bland that I couldn’t believe it. Then they try to cover up the no taste chicken by throwing a bunch of jalepeño son top as if it will do something. And drizzle a little bit of shredded mozzarella on top just to call is SUPERNACHOS… There was nothing super about it.

I got El Jefe Burrito with choice of two meats, comes with guacamole and the regular rice and beans and everything else on a burrito. Massive Burrito(BIG) couldn’t not kill it, for $ 7 bucks well worth it. Taste: it was Bomb(carne asada/?) can’t get the cook in trouble. Sorry.

I have been here quite a few times, I enjoy there food the tacos my husband always orders the tortas. However, I’ve grown tired of there service. The first time I ever went some lady was dyeing another ladies hair … I know that should of been a sign. Still since it is a small business I decided to give it another shot. So I went at least a few more times all good. Took a little long to make food but none the less I was still being good about it. Even at times when the staff looked unmotivated to serve. Anyways, today I decided to go in for some tostilocos which they no longer made anymore(even though they have them advertised all over the place). Fine, no tostilocos but What really bothered me again is there lack of service. I walked in and I honestly felt like they all paper rocked scissored on who would attend to me. Finally, at the good graces of one of the employees they attended to me. None the less I came out with nothing because of the lack of material needed to make my food. I’m over this place.

Found this gem on the way to the movies & now I crave their buche, cabeza, and tripas! The asada is okay. And for only $ 1?!? Yup. The workers are so friendly, they smiled and greeted us first thing upon arrival. I’ll be back!

I like this place because is only 3 min from my house, good tacos and cheap, the menudo is good too, at first I saw everything ok, but lately at 4 pm there is no more asada, onions and the place is dirty, the tables the floors are dirty, they need to pick it up and it will be a nice taqueria.

I had come across them on Unilocal and had been wanting to try them out for the past week or so. Yesterday I finally for the chance to her some lunch here and this place was just average at best. The asada was dry, the pastor tasted slightly over-cooked/burned. The chicken quesadilla was okay but again it tastes slightly burned. There are only 2 types of salsa and neither was very good. The trays seemed like they needed to be cleaned because there was dry salsa all over the lid. I guess a decent place for a very inexpensive lunch(tacos are small but $ 1). Give it a try if you wish, but don’t walk in with very high hopes.

If it wasn’t for low stock on all of their fixins I would give it five stars. Very new place and already very busy. That’s a sign that the food is good. It was my first try at this hole in the wall. Went their because it’s right next to jiffy lube and could kill two birds with one stone during my lunch hour. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the tacos were. I had pastor, asada, and pollo. All excellent flavor but without being spicy which is perfect for my palette. Also cant beat price. A dollar a taco. I’m going there again for next oil change if not earlier.

Went here and got the carne asada quesadilla. Omg! It was sooooo good!!! That thing is stuffed with meat! The street tacos are good and filled with plenty of meat! I’ll be back again, again, and again if the quality keeps up!

Soooo, this place has some really good tacos. All of their meats are good except for the carne asada tacos. When I get the taco craving I come here. I’m tired of feeling like death everytime I eat King Taco, yall know what I mean too. They also have good condiments with some really good salsas, cilantro, onions, chilis, etc. As for the other food I have tried here, its really so-so, they need to step their game up on the beans. Throw some lard up in there or something, seriously. Its family owned and the people running the place seem nice. Basically, if you are craving tacos come here, the al pastor tacos are my favorite.

I came here on the recommendation of Unilocal, and it did not disappoint. Delicious, warm tortilla heated up in a little taco grease, with yummy carne asada, pastor, chicken and other Mexican meats… and all for 1 dollar per taco! Yes, one taco = 1 buck! Great salsa bar with all the fixings as well. Can’t beat it… will be back soon.

A little taco place in North P-town. So far I have only tried the lengua(tongue) torta… i wont get a torta of lengua ever again. The lengua was tasty but i dont recommend it in a torta. They sell bionicos too which I get for my folks a lot. We shall see how they do situated by the Jiffy Lube and barbershop.
