I am not a big put my life and experiences out there on the web kind-​of-​guy, but the customer service I received from this company (specifically Zach) moved me to share my experiences with others who may need a sleep study.
I called 3 different sleep study companies. One wanted me to leave a message, one was an ESL company who couldn’t answer my questions but would have someone get back to me, and there was Sleep Consultants of California.
Zach spent about 30 minutes of his time checking with my insurance company and explaining my deductibles and the process. He was patient with me and my odd questions AND his pricing was 20−30% lower than others.
I
t’s not often you find the best price with good personal service.
