I like this place, they make me feel comfortable, always with a smile on their face and asking if I’m ok or If I need anything. The –1 star is for the front desk ladies… Sometimes it feels like they hate their job and they wish you weren’t there «bothering» them.

Horrible service the girls a t the counter call you up by yelling over the counter what they need you for! Show some privacy! Be respectful and wait till the patient gets to the counter before yelling what you need them for!

The chick at the counter failed to tell me that i have to sign in before they’ll call me. she told me to sit down and wait to be called on when they’re ready … and the whole time I’m wondering how the hell they’d know my name? Are they psychics? It was until another knowledgeable and efficient assistant who asked if I need help and «had I sign in?» That I realized they were not psychics nor mind readers… Just an incompetent receptionist…

So sad. First time here. HORRIBLE SERVICE. thank god i speak english. Poor elderly couple came in. They didn’t speak the native tongue of spanish. The chola receptionist totally was yelling at the old man. So sad. Wish something could be done but shes probably the supervisor here. Smh…

Been here so many times never made any appointments at all! Come in the afternoon around 12pm there’s hardly anyone. Maybe one or two or none go in and quickly out!

After fasting all day it was a relief that they accepted me as a walk-​in so close to 5P.M. Their prompt service was much appreciated. My phlebotomist Desiree assured me of her expertise.

This lab location is okay. It is best to make an appointment on their website though. If you don’t, expect to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour for a basic lab.
