Only getting a 1 star because we loved the tile selection. We thought we were getting a great deal on cabinets and a «granite» counter top but when we got home turns out the cabinets were a piece of shit that crumbled under the weight of the «granite» and the granite was synthetic. We went to Lowes and we got quality cabinets for a third of the price. And they came with hardware. Sad that this «discount» retailer fools us with lack quality product.

What a joke this company is… Prices aren’t all that great neither compared to other big box stores, which was actually their selling point. I’ll stick to Lowes and Home Depot in the meantime. Their shipment of floor tiles resulted in 4 out of 20 boxes severely broken (that’s 20% of the order). Lowe’s shipping is $ 80 flat rate and I’ve never had any issues with shipping quality. Contractor’s warehouse was $ 120 + $ 15 for pallets I had to return in order to get back the money. Who’s going to load those dirty pallets in their car, then drive back just to retrieve $ 15? That’s a scam…
