Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was the worst Chipotle experience so far. Employees felt like they did not want to serve the customers at all. They also served little portions of everything and failed at wrapping the 2 burritos in our order. Cashier Hailey, however, was friendly.

My daughter just found a piece of rolled film plastic in her food bowl. Just gross. We came here because she is playing in a tournament and she wanted a good protein meal. Why does there have to be any stars at all. 1 is being generous!

Gloria is the Best Manager ever!!! KC and Luis and Adrian are all fantastic staff! So friendly!

This place isn’t busy so I think the food gets old. I actually had steak here that I couldn’t chew and had to spit out. First time that’s happened to me at a chipotle.
Ecoli won’t keep me away but bad steak might… who am I kidding, Ill probably be back cause this is the closest location to me and I’m lazy. Let’s just hope for better next time. It comes out okay like half the time.

Poorly portions even if we ask for extra rice and meat and charged Doble they serve half of rice spoon. The guacamole was old and brown, it doesn’t comes with onion and no flavor.
Definitely next time we will drive to Chino Hills location

Buena atencion, amables y por fin no se ven tan tacaños con la carne, la barbacoa esta un poco seca pero tiene el mismo delicioso savor y quitaron los limones y eso es imperdonable, por lo demas esta bien !
Good service, kind and finally they are not so stingy with the meat, barbecue is a little dry but has the same delicious savor and removed the lemons and that is unforgivable, by the other okay!

My experience at Chipotle in Pomona was great. I walked into a clean environment. I was greated by one of the most positive, engaing young woman named Alondra. Alondra was amazing and provided me with great customer service.
My day was made with a great burrito and a smile from Alondra that brightened my day. The whole staff seems to be on top of there game and I will definitly be returning to Chipotle more frequently. Great Job!

Went into the Chipotle today in Phillips Ranch (Pomona) after spending my entire morning driving around looking for a pictures with Santa line that wasn’t 8 miles long. It was an hour before closing and my overly excited and equally exhausted 3 year old was in fine form.
Long story short, there was more food on us and under us than there was in us. And, to add insult to injury, we were wearing a full container of red hot sauce on our clothes courtesy of said 3 year old. My husband went to ask for a rag to clean the disaster we had created and that’s when we met Alondra.
She was amazing. I insisted on apologizing for the mess as she helped me wipe up my toddler and she kindly said it was all ok. She helped me reorganize with the sweetest sentiments, asking if we enjoyed the food and saying that was all that mattered; the mess beneath us was no big deal.
Alondra, she is a shining example of the definition of GREAT customer service. Her kindness is exatly what I needed in my moment of utter defeat.
I sincerely and humbly thank you, Alondra. And Chipolte, kudos to you on hiring a true gem. She’s a keeper!

Stingy chipotle. I asked for double chicken and they gave me the amount of a single amount and still got charged for the double chicken.
I felt awkward to make a big deal about it until I got home and some friends started laughing at how that was a double serving amount. Smh

So good !! The nice lady who was making the orders had no problem asking the cook to cook a medium well steak for me food always good here & first time trying the salad dressing & im in love !!!

This chipotle is very turnt. I think the people leaving bad reviews are low key Sus. This is the spot honestly and they always hook it up. I’ve never had any issues with any of the employees either. If you think you’re getting skimped out just ask for more. What are they gonna do? Kill you for asking?

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. And let me just tell ya, I’ve been to quite a few chipotles. It’s my go-​to quick meal of choice.
I came in and there was about 8 employees getting trained. I ordered a bowl. Everything was going smoothly until we got to the salsa. I asked for mild– she gave me a tiny scoop. I say «mm can I get a little more?». She gives me more. I asked for corn– she sprinkles barely any on. Once again i have to say «uhh a little more corn too please?». She obliges. Then we get to the cheese. Let me just tell you, I have never in my life experienced such a tiny amount of cheese. It was laughable. At this point I felt too awkward to ask for more.
After I paid, I decided to say something. «You know most chipotles aren’t so skimpy with the salsas right?» The «trainer» replies in a sassy tone, «if you want more of something just ASK». No apologetic tone of voice whatsoever. Then as I walk away he says something under his breath and I hear laughing.
With the amount of chipotles in the area, I will never have the need to give this one my money ever again. Bye Felicia.

This is the worse Chipotle ever! They always run out of food & the servers act as if they’re saving food 2 take home 2 feed their parents, grandparents & 56 children & siblings! I really prefer Qdoba.
I despise coming here. 3 words & love 2 say, Viva LA Trump (Donald)!!!

Place is very clean, food is fonky fresh, love it, friendly staff and they get you in and out of the line on the quickness, I don’t know how they are able to roll up those burritos, especially how I like them, nice and big, the barbacoa is bomdiggity fo’shiggidy I get it every single time we go I can go on and on about how much love this Chipotle puts in there service and quality, and for the very nice price plus GMO free that’s huge, too bad McDonald’s owns them!

This review is solely on the service, because food at any Chipotle location tastes the same.
I do not understand why they have 3 – 4 workers wandering around the kitchen and only 1 doing all the work up front. I have been here several times in the late evening and there is never anyone in here, yet I am waiting for at least 10 – 15 minutes. Makes no sense. This Chipotle is at the bottom of customer service compared to the other locations.
Note: Do not come here if you are in a hurry.

I was super happy when Chipotle came to Pomona and it was actually really good initially. I feel the standard had dropped. Much of the food look dried out. It didn’t look appealing. They could at least stir it once and a while. …
Then when scooping salsa the team member only scooped the juice and none of the jalapeño meat part. That just got my tortilla soggy.
I love Chipotle but this location is not upholding the awesomeness that is Chipotle.

One thing I love about Chipotle is that it’s not very easy to screw up an order (in person anyway. the app is another story). In other words, it’s mainly about customer service.
I came in just now, post-​workout and super excited ’cause there was no one in line. So why the hell am I home writing this review whilst eating this delicious bowl? I’ll tell you why:
Let me start by saying… I don’t know if he’s under some kind of punishment or something, but I felt really bad for the guy who had to stop cleaning to take my order. I ordered a bowl and a burrito, both pretty hefty in size, yet he remained patient and polite even as a line began to form behind me in the middle of ordering. Meanwhile, the three other employees were just chillin’ in the back and barely acknowledged him when he asked for a rice refill. Then, one of the girls threw some attitude at him when she was ringing up my order. That was pretty annoying to witness.
Poor guy. I should’ve said something, but I was too excited to go home and eat.
Sorry man! Hope this earns you all the tips for the day!

Customer service is okay. They are very light when you ask for the food. I always have to ask them to add extra. They always skim me for the grilled veggies!
I get the salad so they give you a bed of lettuce and you can still get the rice like if you were to get a bowl. But you get more lettuce instead of only adding it to the end. Plus… I LOVE the chipotle vinaigrette. I always ask for an extra cup of it! So if I don’t finish using it on this salad, I can take it home and use it on my own salads.
I like their steak! But I really want to try the carnitas but they never have it. There’s a sign that says they’re no longer serving it at this location. Not sure if they’re not serving carnitas at other locations.

This was my first time here.
Although there was a long line it moved very fast. The employees were very nice and worked well together. Fast check out!
