OMG. Just left Starbucks. Watched an employee mop the floor, pick up and move the floor mat with her bare hands, and then take an order, putting her unwashed fingers Inside the cups as she wrote the names on the cup… my turn, I told her I declined to order, explaining what I had witnessed, she said okay, and as I left I saw her taking another order from the next person about to sip some shoe bottoms… Starbucks at pollock pines Safeway. Do they have any regard for health codes, public health?

Great customer service at this location! Even though it was understaffed and busy around 5pm when I stopped by for a coffee (after shopping at the Safeway this Starbucks located in), I received very courteous treatment and a delicious beverage. If you need coffee in a hurry, this Starbucks may not work for you, but if you’re willing wait a little while, this is the best coffee I’ve been able to find in the immediate area.

Came here to get some coffee before work, and I was surprised with the great service from the employees, they were nice and polite, got my coffee and it tasted great! Recommend anyone who’s in the area and wants coffee with great costumer service.

My coworker ordered coffee and oatmeal this morning. He got his coffee but had to wait almost 15 minutes to get his oatmeal. When he returned to ‘remind’ the girl, she acted as if she could have cared less.
Bad name on customer service for a national brand we frequent 95% of the time. If you don’t like your job serving quality coffee at 6 am, find another one.
