I went there to see if they could replace the hands on my husband’s watch to make them easier to see. I had first tried 2 other local independent jewelry stores closer to home, but they didn’t have anything that would work. Well, neither did Doug, but he contacted several of his peeps and found just the right thing. He even sent me photos of the watch hands superimposed over a photo of the watch so I could see how it would look. Who does that? It was very inexpensive, which is why I guess the other stores didn’t bother. But during my visits with Doug, I found several pieces of beautiful and unique costume jewelry that I purchased. So I guess good customer service pays off.

The customer service given by Aebischer’s Jewelry is unsurpassed. I recently broke my expensive watch while 800 miles from home. I called them and Doug handled everything getting it repaired. The items in their store are top quality, and their sales staff listens to what you want. what else could a customer want?

I have been going to Doug Aebischer for many years and cannot say enough about him, his team, and his jewelry. He has done custom work for me that was involved, and it always turned out great. I am happy to see that his son has decided to continue the family legacy. I live in Chicago now, but whenever I need jewelry I wait until my next trip back to Ohio.
