This business deserves a negative star rating… We hired this contractor to build my parents a new modular home after they lost their home in a house fire in April of 2013. As of today, October 23^rd, 2014 we are still NOT in a simple 3 pc modular. The promises made by this company have all been lies. My parents are sick, my mom diagnosed with emphasema and my stepdad in July was diagnosed with Esophageal cancer… the contractor promised to have my parents in their home by August (after 3 other promised move in dates). the house was not even ready to be set by then. We relieved them on September 25^th after the 6^th deadline of completion was not done. Now they are trying to sue my parents for money they feel they are owed? How can you pay someone for work they never completed and what work was completed is incorrect. They actually were paid more than what was completed and owe us money back. We now have to hire new contractors to re-​raise the roof of their house and set properly and complete all the interior work and exterior work. we are looking at another 3 – 4 months before my parents will be able to move into their home… I could go On and ON and ON but clearly you get the point… DO NOT HIRE THESE CONTRACTORS i mean SCAMMERS…
