I do not even want to flatter this business by giving it a single star. My experience with this company was absolutely horrific. Out of 6 men and a female receptionist with a bad attitude, there was not one person that could be found within the building around to help. After walking through the office and multiple service bays where cars were left running in various states of repair, we found all of these employees«on break» outside in the parking lot at the rear of the building. I had been calling for a day and a half to get information so that I could pick up my car — which was only towed due to a minor paperwork error with the RMV — to no avail. After driving 40 minutes to this business from where I was staying, I was charged an extra days storage fee because 7 hours of continuous phone calls were never answered. Although, I was informed the following day that one of the two numbers I called was a 24-hour Monitored Town Police line that they are required to answer. When I questioned the female receptionist about why I was responsible to pay the fee when I had been trying to get my car out since the day before, I was told I could pay it, or she could keep my car — she didn’t care. Turns out, her father is the owner. If I ever break down in Bourne, MA again, I will drag my car home myself rather than trust Portside Towing.
