I have eaten at this Taco Bell several times and evrytime, the corn tortilla taste like rancid graese and stale. I have brought this to the manager attention but they simple don’t care. I will never eat there again. Go next door.

The girl in front is a hustler! But this place is understaffed. The owner needs to step up

The service in this Taco Bell is terrible. I sat at the drive-through for almost 10 minutes and was not helped by anyone. When I pulled around I found the entire staff outside smoking cigarettes.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Literally took me 15 minutes to order, the lady had no idea how to work the register. She was also very nasty about it. Swearing that she hated the effing computer, meanwhile I’m holding my 2 year old. The younger staff had to keep coming over to assist. As I’m standing there I’m watching countless drive-thru customers get there food. Waited another 10 mins for my food which of course was screwed up and I had to ask for my missing items. Again no apology, just nastiness as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for the food I paid for. Sat down and my wife took one bite and almost threw up. The tomatoes they used were nasty, can’t even explain the taste. Like they were rotted. My wife who would normally complain, literally was too nauseous. We just left…

One of the best run Taco Bell’s in SE New England. The food is always fresh and the staff always attentive. The only downside is that they can get a bit slammed at lunch time due to their location. Breakfast is served starting at 6AM and worth trying.

From reading other reviews I would have to slightly agree with them. However, this place is a go to place when me and my friends are looking for fast food. They Keep the tables and seating areas fairly clean, and its never really a mess in there. Yes I would definitely agree that many of these people look like the are on drugs. The food does sometimes take a while to be made. Sometimes the food is great and they put enough in the grillers and the burritos. But there have been a couple times where there was way to much melted cheese in my burrito or griller and barely any of the main ingredients. I have just one experience where they gave me the wrong griller, but one time they gave me two grillers when I only ordered one so that was pretty bomb. One time me and my friend waited like 10 minutes in the drive through and we only ordered like 5 grillers. Also, if you go here after about 10 o’clock dont expect there to be any baja blast freezers left because I have notice that the employees just use the freezer machine for themselves. I would say that the employees seem to be having a pretty good time working there because I dont think the manager really gives a rats ass about anything. Food — usually tastes good(its taco bell) service — usually pretty slow cleanliness — pretty clean establishment(not including the people or stuff behind the counter) P. S. There are a lot of people that go here when they are high and its pretty funny. However it can get sketchy.

The food is not what you think it is. If you think your eating an actual taco your out of your mind. The place is below average for a taco bell. Alot of the people i see inside look like goths i knew some personally at one point and can tell you they are drug users still to this day. I once went their with a friend, it was our first time going there to this location. I had not been there in so long that i could not remember what it was like. Foolish me. When inside i laid witness to 3 other customers yelling at the staff«this is not my food», «why is it taking so long», etc. I stood in a line for 5 minutes ordered my food and waiting i think 10 minutes to receive it. Driving away i noticed that food was missing. Drove back. Upon entering yet again another man was yelling at them over the counter with alot of vulgarity. They apparently had no respect as they were yelling vulgar back in front of customers! It took some time to get the rest of my order and i went on my way. The food tasted bland and i looked up online what was actually in it. I wont tell you but its nasty. A friend went recently and told me when trying to pick up food from the drive threw the girl that had blue hair and piercings all over her sneezed on his bag and tried to hand it to him, he said no and demanded his money back. Im not sure whos running this taco bell but its pretty crazy what goes on inside. I think not on chances of going back.

As a former employee, I’d like to share some secrets about this place for your own safety and health. About 99% of the employees would not pass a drug test. Why does this matter to the customer? Because depending on who is on the line making food, it could take you up to 20 minutes to receive your order. I did drive-thru, I was the one who had to defuse impatient customers while my co-workers laughed with each other over the smallest things. While there are hundreds of employment complaints I could rant about, I need to talk about what affects the customer. Right off the bat, prices here are higher than regular locations. The new Grilled Stuffed Nacho is priced at $ 1.89 and not $ 1.29 like the commercial says, and drinks cost more than tacos and most burritos; please recycle your cup, we don’t care if you refill it. You do not need to order a combo if you would like one thing, you can order individually. Drive-thru orders are higher in priority, but won’t grant you the ability to order a feast within five minutes, it will still take a while. On rare occasion, there will be a front-end employee dedicated to the dining room, which means it’s not always clean. The manager forgets to order things, so the location is usually out of a lot of product. If there’s a new product released, there’s a good chance they don’t have it or they ran out. If they tell you they ran out, make sure you get an explanation because often times they just won’t feel like making it. We never compensate for any mistakes, most of the people I worked with just settled for a remake or a shallow«sorry». Behind the counter, I always preferred doing the dishes because other employees would use swamp-water. Now that I no longer work there, I fear the sanitation of those dishes. If there’s a customer up front waiting for service, they’ll play the nose-game and wait for an employee to fall on the grenade and attend to them… leaving the customer starring at the employees wondering«hello?». The tomatoes are placed right next to the cheese. If you have a tomato allergy or simply hate them, be persistent on not wanting them and keep an eye out for them because they can get in the cheese. Same with lettuce. They’re quite messy over there. They don’t change their gloves too often, to save money. The coin-drop game where you can win free stuff, is broken. We never cook up desserts until somebody orders them, which takes a while. If you order Chalupas or potatoes, there’s a good chance they’ve been sitting in the pan for an hour and cold, rather than preserved/heated. Although our water may be triple filtered, the filter hasn’t been cleaned in years, so I recommend ordering«no ice» in your drinks like more and more people have been lately. Our computers have replaced most chicken products with«Shredded Chicken» so be sure to specify«Grilled Chicken» if you want the good stuff, like with the Chicken Burrito or Chicken Soft Taco. If you want a side of anything, like sour cream, it will cost you 37 cents, don’t ask for it after the purchase is over. And most importantly, do not be afraid to complain about rations. Our location ripped off customers by putting no more than 4 pieces of chicken in Quesadillas, half scoops of beef in tacos, a tiny pinch of cheddar cheese, and I implore you to weigh those ½lb burritos something tells me they won’t weight half a pound. A lot of employees also dislike using the timer on the grill, which causes a lot of grilled products to… not be grilled. Cantina supposedly ends at 11pm but actually ends at 10:30pm because we like to get a headstart on closing the store, which happens at 1am. If you plan on coming here after midnight, order small because we don’t cook up anything after 11pm so what’s there is there, and what’s there might not be enough. If you’re looking for Gingerale or diet sodas, Cumberland Farms down the street has all of that. Positive notes, Happier Hour is between 2−5pm and medium drinks are $ 1 along with the Spicy Buffalo Griller(the chicken one), the Beefy Nacho Griller(the nacho one), and the Loaded Potato Griller(the potato one) and they’re all quite delicious. Because they’re grilled, they take a little longer to make. Their location will never get robbed due to its geography. It’s located right next to a Bertucci’s and Chili’s for more expensive alternatives. The Wal-Mart plaza is right there so that you can slam the place during holiday shopping.

I go there because my children prefer a taco than an hamburger. I would say this particular Taco Bell is poorly managed. You can’t even get in the door without having to walk through 2 – 3 employees gathered smoking and drinking outside, then they come in and start handling your food with out washing. I wanted to speak to one of the managers about this, then realized he was part of the group so I decided it would be a waste of time. I have a list of other complaints as well, however Corporate Taco Bell I’m sure would not tolerate this unprofessional manage atmosphere.

It’s Taco Bell people, do I really need to review? The one we go to in Plymouth is SUPER clean so that’s nice! I get my bean burrito b/c it’s vegetarian and .99 cents. Man, I am a cheap date!!!
